Extended Stay America Premier Suites Melbourne Palm Bay

I booked this hotel out of necessity as family was coming in from out of town for my mom’s funeral. The hotel was dirty . They were short of breakfast everyday . Customer service was the worst . Front desk service was the worst . They were very rude provided zero solutions and had a bad bad attitude . One of the rooms didn’t have an AC and they didn’t give the guests another room this is in Fl in July this is unacceptable. They messed up the billing and expected guest who left to return to fix the billing . They didn’t give any paper or electronic invoice . They didn’t offer to cslll the guests to get the billing resolved in short they refused to do anything to help customers while we were there I witnessed another unsatisfied guest who was on the phone with customer service complaining about the staff . Front desk staff was Horrible should be fired this is not acceptable

Just wonderful and relaxing time my family and I had; I also just enjoyed the hotel staff's customer service!!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff was great and very nice. My family and I were driving through to Miami for the night and stopped to sleep. Kids were getting dropped off by a school bus. A man walking off the elevator made a comment to me, some rough appearances as well. I was unaware of the neighborhood as we aren’t from here. The elevator smelled of weed and the hallways, there was also someone extremely loud above us. The hotel again was great it was more so some of the other guests that made the experience not so great.

What made this hotel excellent were the staff. Your asst GM Angie was the best. She knew her job, very patient, excellent work ethic and her professionalism was superb. My family and I came during a storm and she had us in a room quickly. You have one of the best GM Assistant we’ve encountered. We travel a lot. The staff housekeepers had my room smelling great and very clean. One of the best hotel stays due to the Staff. Thank you The Mitchell Family

This hotel was amazing! Especially for the price. We booked one night in preparation for a following cruise. The hotel was easy to get to and close to lots of shopping, restaurants and across from a Walmart. The hotel is extremely clean and we have a beautiful view in room 402 of a pond and a large fountain. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. AC worked amazing. Would definitely come back. Only wish there were a pool for the kiddos (we didn't see one)

Very friendly staff, rooms are very nice and clean. I felt safe and it was also a family friendly environment. Will stay here again when traveling.

The staff were incredibly friendly!!! The guests were like a family in the common areas...you could tell they felt comfortable and at home.

Went for 4th of July weekend with my husband and kids and had a great time.
