Unfortunately it won't let me leave pictures once again for some reason I would show you how dirty is the floors were when we wipe them with we wiped with a washcloth when water was spilled. There was also candy wrappers under the bed and under the chair. Barbara and Kayla that work the front desk are very nice and very helpful. We needed a place to stay for two nights for the rest of our trip as we forgot to book everything in advance so we made the mistake of booking here and if you are picky like I am do not stay here. If you want a coffee pot it's a very small one you have to get from the front desk and they do not provide coffee filters. Any dishes you want for the kitchen that comes with the room you have to get from them but they are not clean they were dirty and sticky so I just went to the store and bought everything I needed and use my own dishes. They also do not provide soap for the dishes or the sink. You get a couple of towels with your room if you want more you have to take your dirty ones up to the front desk and ask for more this was so out of the norm for me we will never stay here again but I guess because it is mainly where people live and I did not know that beforehand should have did a little better on the reviews I would not suggest this place for a family most of all. It appears clean on the exterior but not so clean once you're in your room. There are unsafe situations going on around the property as well as a lot of marijuana smells inside and out.

Check in process was simple enough. Room was clean and ready. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as some other hotels I’ve stayed in but was fresh and clean. There were unattended kids hanging out in the front lobby and playing with the elevator and running through the hallways upon our arrival. I don’t blame the facility but they should have contacted the adults responsible for those children. The most disappointing thing about our stay was the breakfast. We specifically chose this hotel because breakfast was included. When we arrived for breakfast, we found out they only had tiny yogurt cups, small muffins, nutrigrain bars, and hard boiled eggs. Disappointed would be an understatement. They didn’t even have cereal. I would have picked a different hotel for an actual breakfast because we were there for a volleyball camp and would have wanted fresh fruits, cereal, bagels, etc.

The staff who checked us in Thursday May 16th were so gracious welcoming and professional that we were already anticipating a good visit. By the time we checked out Saturday morning our expectations had been exceeded. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated. Everything from room to public areas was immaculate. Every staff we encountered even passing in lobby or hallway had a warm greeting, asked if everything was okay or you needed anything and gave the impression they were sincere, interested and willing to assist. Bed and pillows super clean and comfortable. Will be sending family here for sure. Oh didn't mention full size fridge and microwave also immaculate.

It was very well maintained. A little hot for my taste but according to my family it was perfect.

Clean room and good bed. They advertise how they help you with your business stay. However, there is no business center and the front desk. does not have permission to even print an email. You have to wait for the manager to maybe print for you at 9am. People go to work at 7am and 8am. They are worthless for business people. The breakfast was a joke!. It's breakfast for children. Dry cereal, no milk, no juice. They did have coffee and stale muffins. Good place to stay if you have kids. Don't remember a pool though.
