I really like the property and how quiet it was. I traveled with a baby and I really enjoyed.

Rather noisy with the renovation going on, but that ended at 6pm. Would have been an issue if we had kids that needed a nap Room was good. You might look at the design in the shower. Hard to use the door unless you stand in the shower to close it. Weird planning

It was an overnight stay so we could visit family in Melbourne for the holidays. The hotel was fine, we really didn't use any of the amenities or even have the free breakfast. We were in the room maybe a total of 12 hrs. Our check out was on the 29th and I'm still waiting for the $50.00 security deposit to be credited back to my charge account. I understand it can take up to 10 days. I guess my one complaint would be about the parking. With two hotels side by side it really didn't designate what parking was for which hotel & was rather limited.

Typical hotel for its category. Staff is friendly,courteous and welcoming. My family and were alocated in the 2nd floor and I'd recommend shampooing and maintening the carpet in thr hallways; they do need some serious attention. For some reason, the toilet in the room was very low even for my wife who is 5 feet 4 inches. We would also recommend replacement of the dark curtains in room 206; they do not close completely and once the sun raises, it goes through straight to the face of whoever is in that room. I belive these are minor fixes. We wouldn't mind coming back.

Check in was great. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast was horrible! The person working the breakfast tried, but 2 cereal choices was gross! Not everyone needs Raisin Bran! Fruit-asked for bananas, nope. Seriously, tangerine or baby apples. Military eggs and something that was supposed to be sausage. It was painfully hot in the small area where the food actually was.if you’re looking for a good free breakfast, this is not it. They didn’t come to our room to give clean towels or empty the trash. They said we had the do not disturb sign up. Actually, we left the room at 9 am and it was there. But, housekeeping was just starting. I’m figuring the girl runs up and down the hallway and checks to see who has the do not disturb up, and marks those rooms “skip”. Not everyone is up and out by 9:00. The next day I made a point not to put the “don’t disturb sign out”. Towels done, but forgot the trash. This area needs work. Coming in Saturday night to get fresh towels (had to get, since no one did the room), there was a sign up saying have a coffee and we will be back shortly! The clerk was outside vaping.

I loved the stay here. I came with my family for a family member in hospice and the stay here made us extremely comfortable. The beds, pillows, comforters, and a/c were all wonderful. The breakfast was a 5 star!

The entire staff were very friendly, our room was clean but a little more detail to baseboards would be great. The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and sausage (there was bacon 1 day of our 4 day stay), two cereals to choose from, yogurt, breads and bagels, and make your own waffles. There was also juice, milk and coffee. The dining area was clean and sufficient, when we ordered dinner in we were able to still sit together like a family.

The staff was wonderful pleasant and nice to talk to, the rooms were updated, but the floors weren't swept very well and the shower had hair and debris from the last people who stayed there and I didn't feel comfortable giving my kids a bath, showers only.

The young lady at the desk, Alyssa, was a joy. Welcomed us like old friends/family. Check-in was speedy. She was interested in our needs and directed us to what we needed locally. Needs a raise. Very good vibes to experience when coming to a new plce.
