Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront

Customer service was excellent. Location was great; family friendly environment. Pool wasn’t clean and hotel decor was outdated/ rusty. Although we were notified, use of the balcony was restricted for the 4th of July weekend. Overall experience was good.

Our stay was very relaxing, the staff is friendly/accommodating and the hotel is very clean. The beach is not crowded and is a great spot for families

We were not aware that the balconies had been condemned and then after looking at a news article it doesn't even sound like the hotel should be open. I will say that the staff was more than accommodating, but it was very nerve racking having two young children and worrying about safety. Hopefully they can get their balconies back up to code. But we probably will not stay again.

My family specifically booked this hotel to be oceanfront with a balcony. We were shocked to find a notice taped to the balcony slider that CONDEMNED the balconies!!! What does this say about the structural integrity of the rest of the facility? We were unable to find accommodations nearby so we had to stay. There was no access from the room to outside air; the bathroom fans do not work; there are no usable electrical outlets in the bedroom; there are unpatched holes in the walls and bathroom door; the list goes on - read the other unhappy reviews here. The waitstaff in Lena's Cafe housed in the building are lovely and the food was very good. I complained to Hotels.com requesting a refund. There response was "thanks for the information". I book through Hotels.com so that I have a large responsible organization to support me when needed. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. AND THE HOTEL IS STILL LISTED ON THE WEBSITE!!!

Loved the direct Ocean front (sounds of the waves), friendly and helpful staff too! The sunrise view was beautiful and the suite was great for the family. Our College boys felt like they were in a NYC studio! Great price too! Thanks

My family has been staying at this Radisson for 6 years and it never disappoints. The suites are well equipped and spacious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location can’t be beat. The property is a bit older but they have updated the rooms in recent years. For our family of 4 the family suite is the best all around.

Great balcony view and easy access to beach. Was perfect for our family of 3 to enjoy some beach and pool time. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I liked. We got 4 hours of sleep because the air was so loud, the floors were filthy, the chair was broke, the refrigerator was broken, there were tears in the sheets and a stain on the pillowcase. I am trying to get a refund considering we stayed for maybe 15 hours but due to using Expedia it is not easy. They are only a middle man. I will never book with Expedia again and will never consider or recommend that hotel again. I live 30 minutes from this hotel and just wanted a little vacation again from home with my family by the beach. When family member visits, I will not suggest the Radisson Oceanfront.
