We went Memorial Day weekend. Amenities closed early, like dining, for no reason. Like there’s no adult management. They charge you $17 a day for parking, you’ll discover afterwards. The beach here is pure treachery. It’s very steep, causing a very strong undertow. And that opinion is coming from a Florida native surfer here. I can’t believe tourists just let their kids out in that. To make it worse, there’s sharp coquina rocks cutting your feet as the current pulls you under. And that’s during calm surf conditions. Don’t go out there without some sort of board or something that floats.

With great anticipation we made reservations at your hotel for our spring break, our first spring break and my mother's first trip to Florida. I wish that I could say that it was a great experience but unfortunately I cannot say that. We called a couple weeks ahead of time to arrange for a crib to be in our room when we arrived but unfortunately it was not there. The associate at the front desk apologized and said she would have it sent right up. When we returned to our room after some time at the beach there still was not a crib. There was a pack-n-play. A pack-n-play is nothing like a crib. It is very small. My son was not comfortable in it at all so needless to say that we did not sleep comfortably at all. When I went to give my son a bath I noticed that the tub was dirty. There was pink soap scum and dirt in the tub. When my mother took my older son to the pool, she told the front desk associate who said "Did you want me to send someone to clean it?" Really?!? We have a dirty bathtub and you have to ask if it wanted it cleaned. Unbelievable. After the cleaning people left my older son went to take his bath and I looked and it was still dirty. The next morning we called the front desk and they offered to move our room. We asked for someone to help us and was told no one was available. We asked for a luggage cart and again, nothing available. We had reservations so my mother and I carted all of our luggage, toys and two children to a room that was suppose

Family weekend getaway (with adult kids!). Check in was quick and easy (could have used a little friendly conversation with perhaps some local tips) Room was as advertised (we did end up near ice machine and partial view of second floor roof) *make sure to ask for higher rooms on the South Tower. Lobby is clean and attractive, rooms were fine (but carpet was a bit sticky (as if the carpet was cleaned with a sticky roller vs a vacuum). Location is ideal, right on the beach and close to restaurants (we did drive 25 minutes to Ron Jon’s). We did get turned off by not being able to have our breakfast outside at a table. “Rules” state no outside food allowed. And in truth, there is no where to sit at a table outside (which is why one goes to this hotel) besides lounge chairs. My family and I wanted to play cards outside, but had to use an inside table and buy food. Gentlemen outside was not very friendly in shushing us away. Kind of put a damper on our weekend.

We live in Orlando and when we have family visit it is a great place to spend time at tge beach. We had an ocean view room, and breakfast included. It was our second visit and it didn’t disappoint.

Hilton Corporate needs to go through this property with a fine tooth comb. The room I had was not up to the Hilton Standards. The entire reason I stayed there was because I expect Hilton properties to have a high standard. When my family and I arrived there were used coffee pods in the ice bucket, dirty towels in the bathroom cabinets. Next nails were coming out of the baseboard by the closet right by where my family had to walk. There was water damage on the wall and the sheetrock needs replaced in a 2 foot by 2 foot section. The furniture was stained with coffee and the bathroom had all sorts of debris in the corners and needed a deep cleaning. I took pictures of the room and shared them with the manager. The room I had needs a deep cleaning and repair. Hilton Managers need to instill attention to detail in their employees when it comes to cleaning the property. Managers need to get out of the office and constantly conduct random inspections of the rooms and property. If there is something broken or dirty get the issue resolved. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the housekeeping and condition of the room. There is no excuse for this type of issue at a Hilton Property.

This hotel looks great from the outside and pictures. However, there is no general manger at this property and no housekeeping service. Our family stayed four nights, we had to ask 4x for them to clean our room and they only cleaned it once while we were staying there. There was a dog barking all night continuously and nothing was done . The staff up front kept apologizing but did nothing remedy the situation. There is construction on the south side of the hotel that will disturb your sleep and view. Don’t pay for valet service because they do not provide service. The pool is very small. In short stay away from this hotel there are a lot more in this area to choose from.

Perfect view and just a hop away from the beautiful beachfront. The decor was a little dated but nice. Staff polite. The pool is very deep! There is a super small shallow end where everyone hangs out and blocks the entry. Not kid friendly. Also didnt love the beach access. Stairs rather than ramp, and theyre steep! Could use a sand mat walk up.
