Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bradenton West, an IHG Hotel

This an absolutely beautiful hotel, Very friendly staff great breakfast very very clean we had a ground level room and we could walk out the sliding door to our own lil back porch open our very own gate and directly into the pool my grandkids loved it

My family and I spend a night at this hotel. We loved it! It was super clean, the staff was super friendly and the location was great - close to everything you could possibly need the bonus of being super close to Anna Maria Island -- which is just phenomenal! We love it and cannot wait to come back!

The room was very stuffy and I paid for the best junior suite. My wife and son left sick. No ventilation.

This hotel is no good at all i went with my kids and wife and the ac wasnt working they changed me rooms at 1am and my friends had the same problem as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Our first steps into the lobby, we noticed the lobby was SWARMED with chubby, soaking wet kids running around from the pool and their loud, obnoxious mothers holding pizza boxes. As my fiance and I attempted to check in, the receptionist, Renee, looked like as though she had seen a ghost. Renee explains to us that the "central booking system" overbooked the hotel, and that there wasn't a room available for us, nor the guy standing next to us who looked livid. Mind you, this is at 10PM on a Saturday night. Renee called several hotels in the area asking for available rooms. I felt terrible for Renee, she looked so stressed and worn out. We were lucky to have an available room at the Hampton Inn & Suites, sadly 10-15 mins further from Anna Maria Island. To our surprise, however, the Hampton Inn was very, very nice. It was modern, clean and attracted a higher quality of guests from what we had observed. The hotel covered the cost of our room for the mistake. I must say, Renee behaved very professionally given her current situation. She provided us with a generic printed letter from the Hotel Manager (it was dated from January 2013, when the date was 5-17-14) but we took it to be nice. Thanks Renee for pulling through! Tisk Tisk to the hotel for having a cruddy reservation system.
