Hotel Madera

We enjoyed our trip. The balcony room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The neighbourhood was safe and we had a restful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Needed a quick stop on a road trip with the family. Rooms were clean and spacious. Dog friendly. From checkin to check out, the staff, reception and valet service were very accommodating. Will definitely come back.

The hotel overall is good Somethings were strange such as ice is hidden its in a cabinet by the elevator that isnt marked ice just open all the cupboards you will find it There is a bottle refill station but its not bottle water its carbonated water They have a dog that will run into your room without notice if you have kids scared of dogs or you dont wish to have s dog run in your room it will The front desk staff is very friendly The valet is on the expensive side to me at $61 (fee plus a tax) per night your in and outs will take 20-30 minutes to get your car each time There is a resort fee but im not sure why there is basic wifi no pool no resort like feature anywhere i could see no free breakfast no resort like features other than wifi which tested was 108mbps in the room on speedtest.net Overall it was very clean the room was spacious the balcony was nice it still didnt quite feel like a great value for the cost for a night but its certainly closer to things most would want such as reasonable restaurants nearby

By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They go above and beyond and make you feel like family. Even the staff at the Firefly are just wonderful. Definitely will be staying again.

Great location, we walked almost everywhere. Great food options in the area - highly recommend Un Je Ne Sais Quoi and La Bicicletta. Rooms are very spacious, so is the bathroom. Fantastic water pressure in the shower. Complementary water, coffee, tea. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Firefly restaurant is another good option for food. I would definitely recommend hotel Madera to family and friends. Also hotel is pet friendly😍

Lovely hotel. But the wall between the room wasn’t insulated enough for the neighbors who blasted their tv from 3am and for the rest of the night. The hotel tried to get them to turn it down, but they didn’t answer. So we moved rooms at 4am with two kids. Not ideal. A very unfortunate situation that left a bad impression of an otherwise nice experience. Considering the type of hotel, I would have hoped for better. Breakfast is in the restaurant and it’s good. But is also overpriced. There’s a Tatte bakery not far down the street, so that was great!

The staff at this hotel is amazing! We were always greeted with smiling faces and help with our stroller / luggage! The area and rooms are beautiful and large! We traveled with a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old and there was much room for our entire family. They LOVED the free toy from the toy chest. The only thing I will say is from an eco standpoint, I wish I had known about the refill bottle station in the gym. It would of saved many plastic bottles I used from the front desk!

We had the best family stay here for a long weekend. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Complimentary happy hour each night and the staff couldn’t be more friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Our stay at Hotel Madera was fantastic. The room was immaculate, staff were warm and helpful and we had a beautiful view. All of the amenities that we needed were provided. When we left our family all agreed that Hotel Madera would be our hotel for all future visits to DC
