Good place to stay for any business between Dupont Circle and Foggy Bottom. Parking available and reasonably priced. Comfortable beds and pillows. The room was quiet and never heard any outside noise. The carpet appeared to need a vacuum but wasn't a major issue. Bathroom door didn't lock and also not a major issue for a family of 3. The HVAC was good but the controls were not easy for me to control the fan speed manually. I would stay there again if a business need for that location would arise.

I booked a 2 queen and a pulled out for a family trips. Immediately after the confirmation. I called the facility to makesure I have the room I booked and informed the staffs of our late arrival. Everything was confirmed. I got there almost midnight and was told that my room was given away to someone else & the only things available is a king with a pulled out and we have 5 people. I was told by the staff that they can bring up a single bed that for 1 person or I can cancel my reservation. Where would I go for the night with my family in the mid of a server storm and also right on Memorial weekend. So I settle with the first option. Once we got to the room I asked for extra blankets and they given us 2 thins one with material that made anyone who suffer from eczema would have their skin immediately flare up. Not only that we were ate alive by bed bugs. The whole trip was a after the hotel experience. You would think Hyatt is a huge corporation and would hold there standards high. I was extremely disappointed and my whole family felt we were taken advantages of. I don’t often take the time to write any bad review if it is tolerable, but this time I have to warn anyone who would consider going up to DC on a trip for any reason to stay away from Hyatt.

Everyone was very sweet but the elevator situation isn’t very accessible. Was there at a very busy time and it was hard to get up and down to floor 3 with a young toddler…

I stayed here with my Daughter-in-law and her 6 month baby girl. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed walking around the next morning. The staff was friendly and we would love to come back and stay longer.

This is a great place to stay. We needed a room for 5 (3 adults and 2 kids) and the room did not disappoint. About a 7 min walk to the metro. Great dining options around the hotel. The only drawbacks are that the indoor pool isn’t heated so my kids froze a bit and there is no dedicated parking for the hotel. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Toilet was clogged, I was told someone would be there to fix it in 10 mins. An hour went by, and no one showed up. I kept calling the lobby, but there was no answer. Called again at 3 a.m.,- no answer. 7am came around, finally someone answered, and I was told no one was available to do the job. My husband asked for a plunger, and they brought it up so he could do it himself. The shower was clogged, too. No one offered to change our room. Customer service was bad. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool for my kids, but the pool was cold, not heated. Breakfast was ok, many options but some of the food tasted old. Location is good. Convenient walgreens close by

Here with kids while in DC. Professional and kind chexk in experience. Clean property, breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of people eating but they kept the food supplied. Parking, like the rest of DC, can be a headache. There is valet service which is more pricy than self parking but obviously easy. I tried to book a space through Spothero but that garage was closed when we arrived so we ended up finding another garage. There is a garage right next to the hotel but it doesn't take larger vehicles. But the one we found was just around the corner so not a bad deal.
