The hotel was clean, friendly staff, room was clean, breakfast was good.We had to attend a family funeral and stayed a week. This morning as we were packing to check out, housekeeping started banging on the door at 11:05! We've traveled all over this country and Europe and We have never had housekeeping beat on the door at checkout time. I realize check out was 11:00. During this trip I fell and have a shoulder injury, rib injuries and elbow injury. We were moving a little slower than normal. This abrupt action by housekeeping shocked me. I've never had that happen to us at any of the hotels we stayed at, I was very disappointed.

The room had a loud banging coming from the bathroom walls all night, clearly related to a plumbing or valve issue in the wall. Our white noise machine and a closed door did nothing to help, but since the kids had fallen asleep, we couldn’t move them. The room should never have been rented. Additionally, the noise from the floor above was the worst I’ve ever experienced, every single footstep from the floor above us was heard. We barely slept, and the front desk didn’t offer any meaningful resolution. Would stay far away, even without the clanking noises - the walls and floor must be made of cardboard.
