When checking in there should be some confidentiality at the desk. I arrived at 8pm to check in and the lady at the desk had already given my family members my room # a how long I was staying. I was not happy at ALL!!! I am the one that made the reservation and paid for the room. This is private information and should not be released in anyway. The proper way would have been to state we have a privacy policy, and we can't release that info. I have never had this happen before so disappointed. Also, the rooms are not cleaned daily and no clean Towel daily unless you ask. Defently room for inprovement!

Our room had no linen, no pillow, had to ask for towel has they only gave us 2 towels for a family room of 5. No hair dryer, the shower curtain had mold so did the shower head. We head to breakfast at 9am and no more breakfast. They also did not provide any soap or shampoo.

Overall hotel was ok. Definitely needs a little bit of upgrade/housekeeping. Rooms were ok but a bit dirty overall. Decent for the price though. Limited breakfast options but food was good. Nice pool that the kids enjoy. By far one of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed at in a while though which was nice.

There was bugs (fruit flies in the breakfast. The juice, the milk and the water.) the milk was Curdled. The lady working the breakfast area was rude. The front desk lady when we check in was smoking pot and that’s all you could smell by the entry way. And now myself and my baby have a rash from the hotel. The elevator smelled like awful body odor and mold. The pool water was cold. I will never stay here again. When I went to talk to someone at check out I waited and waited and there was no staff to be found and they didn’t come when I rang the bell.

We planned to spend 2 nights here but end up adding one more night to our stay. The place is great, the pool is awesome for the kids, the service is great. All the ladies at the front desk were incredible, super friendly and always willing to help.

We enjoyed our stay. Very well priced. Staff were complete professionals. In all phase and aspects of our stay. Easy check in & check out. We arrived a little early. And we're given our room asap. Breakfast was included with our stay. We would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Reservation for 4 and we had 2 bath towels, 1 washcloth & 2 hand towels. Pool was cloudy, kids could barely see their feet and the pool area was not clean. Bathroom had black mold on ceiling & walls. 3 pm check in and at 3:15 housekeeper informed us that she still had not "wiped" down our bathroom. Only good, breakfast was not horrible!
