This was a clean pleasant pet-friendly stay for our family. The breakfast included the next morning was good also.

This was the worst hotel experience i have ever had. Room was never cleaned my entire stay there. When i requested a room cleaning in our second day there we were told that they were short staffed and that it wouldn't be cleaned. I asked for new towels at least. They left the towels in a bag by our door without going in and removing the dirty ones. We had a mountain of dirty towels by our last day. The trash was never emptied. Beds were so hard that none of my family could sleep. The food was horrible. Powdered eggs, reheated "omelettes", stale bagels, dry muffins. The only thing good I can say about the hotel was that the staff were nice.

Easy place to stay while visiting family nearby. However like many hotels today they do not offer daily housekeeping unless requested. I requested housekeeping all 3 nights of the stay and never got it once. Had to get my own fresh towels. But to Hampton Inn's credit they they adjust my bill and I was very appreciative. In summary, a pleasant place to stay.

Property was not bad but requested for my room and family member’s room to be next to each, this request was made days prior to checking in but it was not done. The front desk staff said he did it in the system but not sure how the change wasn’t made. Other than that staff was friendly and room was clean.

There was hair all wrapped around the hair dryer, chair smelled really bad and was wet, loud dogs next door. Was trying to get a good night sleep away from kids before my husband leaves for a long trip for work and it was not restful nor enjoyable.

It was a quick last minute stay visiting a family member in critical condition at a local hospital. Upon arrival the lobby smelled of weed, I waited quite a while for the front desk clerk to come out from the back, she was less than welcoming. At midnight my hotel phone rang, the front desk clerk asked who I was as the system shut down and she needed to know who was in the room; I told her my name and she hung up the phone. There was no apology for waking me up or a thank you. On a positive note the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the coffee was delicious the next morning.
