I arrived at 5pm for a supposed 3 o’clock check in per their website . I was told my room wasn’t ready yet while watching 3 other families check in quickly with no issue at all . I was told housekeeping needed to be called in order for my room to be ready , a room that was booked a week ahead of time . I was checked in eventually , we stayed and upon checkout , which we checked out early , I was called by Nazima (management) , I was called Monday while at work , I returned the call next day , I was accused of stealing towels . Nazima reported her towel perdón did inventory and said my room had missing towels . Upon checking out of the room we left all of the towels in a large pile under the sink located near the sleeping area . The poke was so large it couldn’t be missed , along with sheets we pulled off of the sleeper couch in the livingroom area . We used the pool the whirl pool twice of which we wrapped ourselves in towels from the room to walk down to the pool and left those towels in the pool area . We walked back up to the room with gray towels from the pool area . We did this twice . It is no description to explain how disrespectful and embarrassing it is to get a call from someone asking you if you took towels . To be accused with a nice voice is more disgusting than smithing I’ve heard , When I stay in a hotel I assure that I leave everything used in a specific area to make it easier for housekeeping to remove it . Never again

Loud floor from the minute I arrived. This is typical for the location based on other stays. But, Checked out at 2:Am because the room upstairs was a full domestic dispute! Someone being pushed into things. Sounded like furniture being dragged across the floor. Screaming. “You’re killing me”. Sobbing. Horrifying. The front desk should have called the police!! The room itself was dated, shabby. The bed made a loud clunk every time I moved. This seems trivial but the plastic trash bag was hanging over the wastebasket. Was I supposed to put it in? Had to leave in wee hours of the morning, waking up family to stay at their house.

Property was great. We arrived very late and the person at the reception was clearly not having a good day. Very unwelcoming, didn't say a word. I asked where the breakfast will be and he pointed to the area without saying a thing. Not sure how such people get hired in customer service kids. Rooms were good, beds are flimsy.

I would like to start out by saying that this was supposed to be a night away for my husband and I. We are local and just wanted a quiet night away from the kids…not too far from home. We checked in and the Rogel was very friendly and helpful. We were find until after we went to bed which was early (before quiet time). After 10-10:30 my husband woke up and it was loud all around us and the water was dripping in the bath tub (which we didn’t realize until after we had gone to bed). We didn’t think to call down to the front desk because it was late and we were tired. We both woke up multiple times throughout the night because the bed was very uncomfortable and it was a very unrestful night of sleep. At checkout I did tell Rogel and he apologized, but because I booked through Expedia he couldn’t discount the rate like he would usually do.

Whenever I'm visiting Family in the area this is definitely the first place I check for availability. Although it may be pricier than it's competitors, I find it well worth it. My family get to enjoy a good night's rest before a long road trip home.
