The staff treated my family and I like guest’s they have known for decades. They are wonderful, welcoming and always accommodating.

The staff was not very friendly or hospitable. The rooms weren’t very cleaned or prepped there was no tissue but an empty tissue box , not enough towels, no toilet l paper, the shower curtain smelled like mold. The room was dusty. We were there for a wedding and family reunion. I got there at 1:30 am Est and they did the have room I reserved. I would not ever again stay there. Waste of time and money. I love Mariiott but not this one

Stay was ok. The first room smelled like cigarettes, and the sheet on my kids’ bed was stained, but Kyle was helpful and put us in another room that smelled much better and appeared cleaner. This hotel has a nice courtyard and is in a convenient location. There’s a Chili’s in the same parking lot, Starbucks, gas stations, etc.
