Best Western Plus New England Inn & Suites

Wouldn’t stay here again, ended our trip a day early. The pool which is indoors is freezing. I went to take a shower and the water would not get hot even when I left it running for ten minutes. The tv wasn’t a smart tv which isn’t the end of the world but it was small and it’s the kind where the image is only half the screen, not ideal with kids. The food was okay. Staff was friendly.

Pros 1. Cleaning staff were pleasant. 2. Ann, who takes care of breakfast, was AMAZING, very friendly and helpful. 3. Sheets and pillows were clean(not every hotel I’ve been to had clean linen). 4. Pool is always a plus because I travel with my children and that’s their favorite part of hotels. 5. Decent variety for breakfast. CONS 1. Front desk wasn’t as pleasant, I was running late and someone from front desk called, she seemed annoyed that I was coming in that late…someone else was there when I arrived. 2. I wish the breakfast pastries were individually wrapped. 3. Bed sheets had holes. 4. The bed wasn’t a queen, was definitely twin. 5. No USB port.

Great place for couples with kids, if you're a couple and don't plan to use the indoor pool it is a bit overpriced. breakfast ok.

It was perfect for our stay to go and visit family . The pool looked half decent, but what was great. It was open till 11 PM even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The breakfast was good too

I liked the fire place but that was it! The jet tub was cracked in the jet spots but worked. Very cold water!!!!! I’m not even kidding I put hot in full blast and it was still cold. Then I tried to lay down and every spring was felt. When the front desk staff came and asked about why I was leaving: he pushed the door all the way and was in my face yelling, “so you’re complaining about all these things in the room.” After that he demanded to enter the room and see these complaints. I left and had to walk past a couple of ladies of the night, not my type of environment. I have yet to hear from management and I paid for the night yet only stayed an hour. The pictures are nice though.

The hotel was absolutely nothing like any other best western ive stayed at. It was dirty with stains on th carpet broken piecesbof th air conditioner, the breakfast wasnt many options, apples bannanas yogurt, pre maid frozen omlets and frozen box sausages, i was expexting fresh pancakes the drink options was apple huicebor orange both witch tasted like the machine hasnt been cleanedor refilled in a while stale and bitter digusting, i was so disappointed because i have stayed at one in new york tht was absolutly beautiful chandeliers everywhere. The hotel had two floors with windows that people in the parking lot literally could knock on the pool was the only thing my children enjoyed we sognedout at 8 am and went straiht to a breakfast spot after paying almost 200$ i exoected a nice big breakfast as ive had at other hotels such as holiday inn and even other best westerns. Im not from C.t T. and my first time staying in a hotel there but being that i do travel alot it was the worst one ive been in, my fiancie described it as equal to motel 6 where they find all the dead bodys and have the nasty dirty rugs with the smoking sections that you have to hol your breath walking by the filthy walls. I was shocked they charged a damage fee incase i dirty anything so i imme the to took pictures of everything that was dirty upon intering the room, thin blanket. Nice, quiet place for me and my family to stay for a night while visiting Powder Ridge.

$260 for a dirty room with screaming kids running through the halls all night, avoid at all costs.

The front desk staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly and my kids liked the pool. However, the carpet in our room and the hallway was slightly damp and kind of smelled like dirty sneakers. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, and there was one staff member outside cleaning and playing extremely inappropriate music very loudly. Given the higher reviews that I saw, I was very surprised by the condition of the hotel.
