Likes: At this price point (star rating), the quality of the physical property, amenities, beds, rooms should be a given. And they were. Very good. What made the difference were the staff. The front desk, concierge, bellmen, valet, shuttle drivers, were all extremely hospitable and exuded true friendliness towards our family. From the time of our arrival to our departure, the staff made our first ever visit to Vail totally enjoyable. Don’t miss their complementary 4 pm apres-ski hot cocoa, apple strudel, coffee, and shot of whiskey by the lobby fireplace! Small issue would be the building layout is a little confusing to navigate but its not something that would deter us from coming back.
