Our family had a wonderful time at Sitzmark. Conveniently located right in the heart of Vail Village!

Sitzmark never disappoints! Beds are the best of any hotel I’ve stayed at in Vail! Staff allowed families to stay in pool longer! Continental breakfast was just right! Checkin and checkout was so easy! Definitely will return!

This is a smaller hotel, which made the entire experience family friendly. From the bartender, to the room cleaning staff everyone was fun and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, we parked our car and walked the two days we stayed. Definitely will be back.

I've stayed here many times! Great location. When I was there just 2 weeks prior, I checked out my upcoming (this stay) reservations to ensure that I had 2 riverside rooms next to each other. I said that I would pay any extra to get these rooms. "Yep, you're all set!" So when I checked in (with the same person as 2 weeks ago), I was told that one of the rooms was poolside and on 2 different floors?! And although a walkin just booked a riverside room before us on a top floor, our rooms 'could not' be changed. So sorry. We were given the worst 2 rooms in the hotel because we "booked through Expedia". The hotel has no AC, but the riverside rooms get a breeze which makes it tolerable (under 80 degrees) during the day. Our poolside room, even with 2 fans going, got to and stayed around 85-88 degrees. This was a trip with my 86-year-old mother's and my handicapped 56-year-old sister's birthdays, myself and my older sister. So as they needed to rest in their rooms during the day....well, not good. We were in the "step-kid" rooms. BUT outside of this, everyone was very nice and YES I would stay here again! Just beware if booking through a booking site.

Wonderful hotel for families or couples. Super close to everything; shops, dining and walking trials. Kids had a blast and resort was super quiet. Pool and hot tub were great with an amazing view of mountains.
