We always enjoy staying at a Ritz Property. We have stayed here before. The property could use a little updating as far as the lobby and interior are concerned. We visited several other similar properties during our stay and in the morning they had coffee and tea for the guests in the lobby as well as ice water. The Ritz charged over $20.00 per smores kit for each child. Other hotels offered complimentary kits.Cookies are put out at 3:00pm however you have to go to the ski storage next door to get them. These are the "little things" that you expect form a luxury property, Our condo was very nice however the dresser in the bedroom was not stable and the drawers were close to breaking. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and came every other day. We had to request towels twice as there were only one set of towels (for 2 people) in each bathroom. Ashton at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. There were several times when we requested the shuttle service and it took a long time to pick us up. We were aware that the shuttle was parked at The Ritz and not servicing other guests. Overall, our stay at The Ritz was very nice and we would return again.

Awesome 3 bedroom 4 bathroom unit was more than enough space for our family of 7. The staff is amazing and quick to respond to our every request. The only bummer was the internet in this unit wasn't working. The fix was to use the internet from the units underneath and above us. It worked some of the time and didn't work in parts of our unit.

Incredible home away from home for a family weekend away. Our unit was spacious, clean, and very well stocked, including the kitchen. A couple of (very comfortable!) pull out sleeping options meant everyone had a quiet place to themselves. Location in Lions Head is a short walk to the village. We visited during off season, so there were no full service dining/bar options available on site, and not much was open in the village. It's a beautiful and quiet time of year, but required some extra prep for meals. Plan accordingly! Parking is valet only, and expensive.
