No elevators which was not stated on their website. Unable to take our breakfast to our rooms (per signs) and we didn’t want to eat in the dinning room due to a lot of children (baseball teams), who were also slamming doors and running in the hallways at 3:00 AM. Will choose another hotel next time.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff are sweethearts, definitely Recommend anyone to stay here between the clean rooms and the staff working hard to make our stay amazing, its quiet also the laundry room was cheaper there and works!!! Its a very nice place to stay even when traveling with the family.

We always stay here when visiting my grandkids. Would like the Carpet taken out of the rooms...feels gross and new pillows but we always bring our own. Love the guy working the breakfast area. Leave him a great tip hes a hard worker.

Everyone was so friendly and helped coordinate multiple rooms. We came for a family reunion and we appreciate the last minute help to get joining rooms.

Front desk was pleasant. Foul smell when entering the building and the carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Could not and would not go barefoot even though my small child insisted. His feet were disgusting and had to wash several times before he got into bed. Free breakfast was mediocre.

No frills hotel. Stayed 3 nights visiting family. Hotel needs some updating. Carpet needs to go. Little man in breakfast area works his butt off. Eggs at breakfast are nasty powdered.

terrible outside pet room patio/pet area and not completely fenced in - no lounge chairs at the pool, 1 family took over the whole pool area - did not stay, price was $50 more than advertised plus pet fee. Front desk helped two other callers on the phone while I was trying to check in...took 15 minutes and I had a reservation! CANCELLED! went elsewhere
