What an amazing place! You can tell it is family owned & operated. It makes all the difference! They were helpful, understanding and cooperative beyond measure when we had car trouble. Please stay here!

This is an amazing family ran motel to stay at. Great folks working there. Perfect place for exploring Manitou and the surrounding sites.

This is not the same as the picture shows. The entries building is a 2 floor 1990’s apartments. Everything is simple like a family owned hotel.If you want to live there, use google map to see how it is for real.

We canceled one of our night stays because we did not feel safe in this area. Our two teenage girls and one teenage boy were in the swimming pool and a truck with two people pulled up and started taking pictures of our children and drove off. The motel had security camera's but would not show us the footage or provide any information.

We loved our stay at Villa Motel. You can tell this property is family owned as the attention to detail is remarkable. Jordan helped us with numerous questions about the area and seeing the Stanley Cup Final! The location of this hotel is a great BONUS!! We're so happy we stayed here!!

It was very close in walking distance to downtown and across from a park. Pool was a little dirty and hot tub jets didn’t work great. Had to get more toilet paper for the room because we only were left with just under one roll for a couple of days with a family of four. Other than that it was clean and perfect for what we needed
