We have stayed here the last 5 years while doing the Commonwheel arts festival. Close to everything and a very family owned and friendly staff.

last minute decision to stay in manitou and we were very happy with our stay here. loved that it was family owned and operated. place was clean and surprisingly quiet considering it was right off the main road. we had a travel trailer which is hard o find parking for and they were happy to accommodate us even beyond out stay

The customer service was great. Kyra at the front desk was very helpful. The pool and hot tub or a great addition to our stay. Excellent location, and just what we needed for our family stay. Would stay here again!

Good for family or student travel on a budget. Clean and great people. Facilities are remarkably well maintained for an old hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Doors are outside above parking. Breakfast is prepackaged sweets with 3 outside tables for seating. Great spot if you just want space to sleep.

This hotel is family owned and very nice. The rooms have been recently renovated and are quite comfortable. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was so nice that we decided to add a second night to our stay.

It is wonderful to see a family run hotel that takes such pride in their facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I knew from the minute we walked in that this was going to be a nice experience. The building is not the newest but it was well kept, clean, and friendly. Encourage you to stay there and to visit Garden of the Gods!
