Our stay was excellent! We enjoyed all the lodge had to offer, from the bikes to the kid's games to the breakfast to the pool. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were comfy and clean, although they skimped on little things like having complimentary lotion. The overall feel reminds me of being at a lake cabin in Minnesota, but with nice motel rooms (and a pool instead of a lake, which the mountains more than make up for!) I recommend this for families looking for adventure and fun in a great location.

We had an amazing time. We had great cocktails and listened to live music every night, swam in the sparcely populated pool and had breakfast at the resort every day. They had oatmilk for coffee or cereal. They had an urban market where for the price of a donation you could hold a baby dwarf goat.

This hotel is such a gem! It’s our second trip to Colorado Springs and we will definitely stay again! Everyone is so friendly and the hotel is such a great vibe! Our room was comfortable for our family and we loved the waffle breakfast bar! Can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay. It reminded me of a similar lodge on the Black River in Missouri, where I spent summers with my family when I was a kid. Sitting on the porch at the lodge, sipping wine, and listening to live bluegrass music while admiring the view of Pike’s Peak is an experience I’ll never forget. Friendly and helpful staff. Laundry on property for a small charge. Daily continental breakfast added to the value. My only comment was a lack of housekeeping services. We were told we would get housekeeping on our third day, but we stayed there for six days and no one came. My husband even requested it on day four, but all we got was a stack of fresh towels left on the sofa. This was no means a dealbreaker for us-we still loved our sty and definitely plan to return.

My family and I always stay in CO springs/ Manitou area and this was our first time staying here and we loved it! Definitely will be staying here again! Staff is super friendly and they always have fun things going on. Getting to ride the bikes was definitely our favorite! My only complaint was parking, especially when they have events going on.Other than that it was great!

We always recommend that our out-of-town guests stay here! For years we have been coming to Buffalo Lodge to enjoy the live music with friends and family and we ALWAYS have a wonderful time. Our children begged to stay here so we decided to take them on a staycation and they can't stop talking about how much fun they had riding bikes around the property, singing karaoke, and drinking all the hot chocolates they could put down. The crew at Buffalo Lodge is always welcoming and treat you like family. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the location is perfect for everything Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs have to offer. There is no better place to stay in the area!

This place is charming and really has that “Colorado comfy & casual” atmosphere. Great bike theme and draws many families and groups. Music/bar was great and food truck a nice addition. My only slight complaint is the thin walls. At time felt like my neighbors were sitting with me. Would be wise to change the room configuration so headboards aren’t on the same walls. 😉 but don’t let that stop you from stayin!!! It’s a charming and really cute place. Very enjoyable and that casual , everyone’s family sort of feel. It’s GREAT for that. And decor is so cute. It gets a 5 ⭐️from me overall!!

My family and I had an amazing stay. I was a little leery due to having a 7 and 5yr old knowing there’s live music on the weekends but we didn’t hear beep. The staff were all welcoming. Our cottage was so cute and our kids loved the bunk beds. The beds were nice and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the bike theme, added so much character. The breakfast was also really good with lots of options. The waffles were amazing. One good thing to know that we didn’t see in reviews prior is that the property has a different food truck each day.
