Perfect for our family if 5. Facility was newish and very clean. Night clerk at check-in was very pleasant.

It’s hard to find a decent place to stay around the Rockies (and not overcharged) during the summer peak season here. I have been coming to RMNP to pick up my kids from their sleepaway camp for years! This is it! Look no further. We truly enjoyed our stay! Enough space for family of 4. We used it for our base camp for a few days while exploring the Rocky Mountains National park. The facility is nice. We truly enjoyed the gym, the pool! The front desk couldn’t not be any more welcome!! Greeting us with a smile after our late arrival! Hot breakfast was also delicious with many healthy choices for our vegetarian daughter! And to our surprise, it was ready at 6:45 am! (Not 7). We were ready to head out the door right at 7 am to enjoy our hike before the heat rises up. We will definitely stay here again! Check in was a little rough. We had booked and paid through Hotels.com but our reservation was not showing up on the hotels end. It felt as if the receptionist did not believe me and seemed irritated. But once we got it figured out, she was incredibly nice, very apologetic, and easy to work with. We had had multiple missed flights and delayed flights that day and it was late at night and we just wanted to get our kids to bed, so that was difficult. But once we were able to get that straightened out, everything else was smooth sailing. The room was incredible. We stay in a lot of suites, usually with multiple bedrooms, but just booked what was available this night so we could get some sleep and we were blown away with the room. It was large, incredibly nice, well designed, and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
