Holiday Inn Express & Suites Loveland, an IHG Hotel

The pool had way too much chlorine it was painful to the eyes, nose , throat and lungs! My kids were up all night that there eyes burned and were coughing all night. I felt it in my lungs and eyes & spent all night throwing up! You could hear everyone going in to the pool complaining about the same thing !

I have stayed here several times. always a good experience, the pool is always really cold, however a good time. I was disappointed being put on the third floor and having several noise complaints from my excited kids to go swimming. Finally i was moved to the lower floor. That really threw me in a bad way after a LONG day and 3 kids. Over all, i would stay here again. Love the breakfast!

My kids loved the slide at the pool. Clean and nice stay. Definitely will come back.

My kids loved the slide and the whole hotel is clean and the staff is nice. We did have to wait 10 minutes or so at our room door with all of our stuff because the key the front desk gave us did not work.

We use to come to this hotel all the time, after this last visit, we wont go back. They were having a birthday party upon check in time of 3pm. They were using the food area and pool. There were way too many people in the pool.. after 3 hours they were still swimming and there were more.... i thought the pool and hot tub were for your guests, not a pool party....its not a rec center! We asked how long before the party was over and we were told they didn't know, no one told them when it would be over. We called corporate and complained...now the room was loud, above and across from us, turns a kid pulled the fire alarm in the pool area. Had to evacuate, but not everybody did. The pool people stayed in the pool! We were griping a we got back inside and another person though we were talking to them and got her husband banging on our door threatening us. My husband went out and tried to reason with the guy on what happened but i had to separate them by getting in the middle of them. At this point we left, did not even stay the night. Only there 6 hours! What happened to this hotel?

Overall a very satisfied visit. My kids love this hotel due to the water slide, we have stayed here a couple times now. This trip was very busy the night we stayed so a bit crowded at the pool but overall a good experience. Plenty of room for a family of 5 with us all sleeping comfortably. Good customer service, clean, and plenty of space.

We stayed here for one reason only, to take the kids swimming as part of their Christmas gift. When we went swimming we had to leave almost immediately because our eyes and throats were burning from the chemicals, my kids were coughing for an entire day after. They said they would reimburse us but never did and would not return our phone call. The breakfast was decent. Overall dissatisfied that we did not get to enjoy what we went there for.

This property was great for our family and was very close to the event center where our concert was. The room was older with a bathroom door that wouldn’t latch or lock. The shower pressure was pretty minimal as well. Apart from that the staff was nice, the pool and slide were great for the kids, the hot tub was warm, and the breakfast was good. It was also quiet.

We stay at this holiday inn often just for fun and the kids love the slide. Breakfast is a great bonus too. This time we started in room 326 and there was blood on the drapes, we moved to room 310, also blood on the drapes. The staff person was very kind, but the cleanliness was an issue.
