Comfort Suites Loveland

Read the review about the slide and booked us a room. There is a zero entry and small area for toddlers amd their own mini slide. The larger slide will keep bigger kids busy for hours. Bed comfy. Safe area. TONS of food choices you can walk. Conveniently located right off I 25 but far enough back we didnt hear any traffic. Would stay here again.

Hotel is a fantastic place for family enjoyment. The swimming pool has the slide feature that everybody loves, a hot tub, bathrooms that are private, a toddler pool, and an adjacent weight room. All wonderfully kept up. The hotel staff are all professional and customer oriented. Three front desk is well versed in being there for what you may need answered or direct you to were you can find what you need. Front desk staff member Sam was an amazing help during our stay. Very professional and polite with everyone he encountered. I would hire him on the spot if I owned a business. We will definitely be returning again and again!

This is a cool place to stay with kids. It has an indoor pool that has a three story slide that twists and turn and go inside and outside the building. Great staff and nice rooms

We booked this room specifically for the pool. We live in Greeley and booked so the kids could swim and the pool was closed down! Nothing on the website said anything about the pool so I called to check before we booked and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes so I was unable to get answers before arriving! Everything else was exactly what we needed but we were incredibly bummed over the pool. Especially since we only live 15 minutes away!!!!

Our family wanted to originally wanted to stay for the pool and the slide but it was closed and nowhere was seen on the website that it was down. I wanted a refund they told me I couldn't. I asked for extra pillows, did not get that. I asked for towels they then stated I couldn't unless I brought them the used ones. Did not like the staff.

The pool and waterslide were fun for the kids. Great shopping around and a nice indoor park within walking distance.

The only good thing about this hotel is that kids can enjoy a dirty pool and pretty cool waterslide. Below are a few of the reasons I will never ever be back. The hot tub doesn't work - speaking with seasoned travelers to the area, it is always broken. This is ridiculous, because it's the only way to get away from the kids and have a moment alone with other adults. There is no ventilation in the pool area - none. Since there wasn't a working hot tub, I had to sit there and listen to the screams in a melting hot room with no air circulation whatsoever. After about 2 hours my 4 kids and I were all coughing so hard and couldn't breathe that we had to go back to the room. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I don't know what we were inhaling, but I'm coughing twice as hard today. Very concerning and dangerous. There are no towels. None. You have to ask for them and the front desk gives you attitude. There are no pillows for the pull out "sleeper" couch - not just in the room, apparently they don't exist. You're on your own. The pull out sleeper was disgusting. Ratty, torn us and stained. Luckily 10 year old children were sleeping on it and didn't care. I would never have laid on it. Absolutely atrocious. Management sent a threatening text to me around 10pm about quiet time and that if we didn't obey the rules, we could be kicked out...what? Nah...I paid way too much money to get threatened. Not that it helped, because people were raging all night to either side.
