Embassy Suites has always been our family hotel choice. Lately, we’ve noticed their prices going up and this time we had to pay $14 to park in their huge outdoor lot. The AC didn’t run as cold, the refrigerator didn’t work(we lost food and beverage by the time we discovered it), and the breakfast buffet was meager at best. Sadly, we will be looking at staying at cheaper hotels that offer the same amenities as well as updated rooms.

This hotel was very clean, family friendly and our room had amazing space for the four of us. We enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again in the future.

We were in town for high school graduation. Had plenty of room for our family to gather and enjoy time together. Kids got to swim and we enjoyed the happy hour and wonderful breakfast options included in our stay.

Comfortable room for 5 family members, not crowded feeling, nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay! Be aware that you have to pay for parking, that surprised us.

Our stay was lovely, but trying to call to get my husband's name added to the reservation so that he and my kids could check in before me took about 30 minutes. And when I finally got to talk to a human, he had no personality and wasn't very friendly. He did get our reservation updated and check in went smoothly for them, but it should not take 30 minutes to do such a simple task.

The entire staff there was outstanding! Constance at the front desk was kind and efficient checking us in, the kids loved the pool, Manager’s reception was delicious and such a treat… we had dinner in the Grill and everything there was brilliant; recommend the crispy brussel sprouts, and their pizzas! The breakfast was brilliant too, everyone was pleased and full for the next part of our adventure. Many thanks to all the staff in Loveland!!

We (family of 4 to 6) stay at this particular Embassy Suites every time we are in the area. My brother and his family live close by, and the staff is always kind and courteous, the Hotel is always clean and comfortable, and their breakfast is top notch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stay here a couple times per year when we go to Ft. Collins to visit family. The hotel is warm and friendly and was decorated nicely for Christmas. The breakfast buffet is always delicious and filling. We consider this "our hotel."

Have stayed here in the past, definitely notice the cutbacks since the pandemic ended. No water in the rooms, no flavored creamer offered with breakfast, no chocolate milk for the kids, “buffet” selections cold and stale
