Staff is super nice. They go above and behind. It is a very family friendly place. We loved being to all gather for breakfast and the best part of our day was gathering around their little outside fire pit in the evening to decompress before going to bed

Staycation with family was relaxing. Comfortable bed, attentive staff, and great location. The only thing that needs a bit of attention is plumbing and furnishings. The television is dated without functioning HD and the couch cushions have seen better days. The privacy curtain was a nice feature for sleeping and tv room separation. Overall a recommended place to stay and we will return.

Would stay here again. This hotel had everything we needed, the beds and pillows were very comfy, room was large and had so many amenities. The kids played in the pool which was clean and the breakfast was very good.

There were several items left by previous guests found just under the edge of the bed. Dirty socks, a used baby bottle and toys. The sofa is stained and dirty as well. All of this makes me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Unusual for a Hilton property. I normally don’t complain but it seemed out of character on this stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the room was spacious and met all of our needs. The condition of the hotel rooms/carpets has gone downhill since a prior stay. The end of the hall smelled like dog poop at times and I heard a dog barking every morning of my 6 night stay. I have dogs but would prefer to be placed away from the dog area when I am not traveling with my dog. The continental breakfast was disappointing. The oatmeal was only out one morning and there were several days that there was cereal but no milk (except for oat milk). The Wi-Fi was difficult to access due to several layers in the sign-on process. It should not be that difficult to access. I am on the fence about staying at this hotel again. I travel to see my family, close to this hotel, every 4 months or so. Time will tell.

We had booked room with kitchen. They had kitchen without stove. What a joke. You need to ask for electric stove from front desk and it was not guaranteed to be available. We got stove but it was not good enough to cook anything. Had a family and we had planned trip accordingly. but we were very disappointed and it was extremely inconvenient and expensive of-course due to outside meals.

Enjoyed talking to Mark the night manager, he was very helpful and wishing him and his girl friend the best with their new baby girl.
