The hotel itself was nice and clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. However, there was a couple next door to me with at least 2 children, whom they allowed to literally scream at the top of their lungs, slam doors, and run/walk heavily on the floor which shook the place so bad I thought it was people above me at 1st, Until I opened my door and could tell it was my direct neighbors that were making all the ruckus! They did this all night for 2 nights straight. I had to call the front desk and ask them to please do something about it. I work long days and had to get up at 5am both days. Hard to rest when people are so rude and inconsiderate to the people around them. Not the hotel's fault, but due to lack of rest from inconsiderate guests, my stay was much less than comfortable. The hotel itself was nice and clean.

The front desk staff was so accommodating with my family that traveled to CO for two family members memorial services. Well done!!!!

We are a family of 7 and had to get 2 rooms. They were unwilling to get us 2 rooms together / next to each other. We tried calling them 5 times that day, before check in, and nobody was at the front desk, nobody would answer the phone. By the time got a hold of someone (around 6pm) we were told there was no rooms next to each other because room keys had already been printed. The person was rude and curt in her explanation and unwilling to even try to accommodate us. To add insult to injury we had family staying in another room in the same hotel. That decided that day they would prefer a second room to have more space. They go their rooms together but we didn't even though we had booked 2 weeks in advance. Their unwillingness to even try to do anything coupled with their short tone and demeanor was completely off putting.

We got a great deal on a suite. The pull out bed worked for my toddler, but I wouldn't recommend it for an adult. Ouch. The room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was good.
