Lots of issues with this stay. The hot water failed one night just as our family of four was getting ready to take showers/ baths. The staff was not friendly. When we called the front office to inquire about the hot water the manager acted like we were an inconvenience. The beds were very worn - you laid on them and rolled towards the middle because they were so old. Breakfast was meh. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Gunnison throughout the years and this was by far the worst. You can do better in the Gunnison area.

Always stay here when we visit, and every year this hotel gets better and better! Great for families or businesses travel. Wifi is excellent, breakfast is bountiful, hotubs are hot, rooms are clean and fresh. There are areas for electrical vehicals to plug into also.

The staff was very nice. Great customer service! Very friendly. It was very clean and quiet. We loved that it was on the gulf course. We will be back, along with our family. Thank you again for a nice stay.

Watch out for the rusty nail on the toilet paper holder. These people are extremely rude! There was a death in our family and i had to leave 1 night early. I understand polices and all of that stuff, but to laugh at someone and tell them ' I deal with this all the time.' when they are inquiring about a refund is just heartless and terrible for your business. I have lived in Gunnison for most of my life, and the way we were treated was just unnecessary.
