We loved Aggie who treated us like we were anticipated family! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast rivaled that of much higher priced lodging.

A wonderful stay at this family run hotel. The staff were great, friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was very good and the hotel was very clean. Will be our go to hotel when we come back to Gunnison.

We stayed here last year while driving through Gunnison. Loved the place so we stayed here this October too. We’ll stay here next year too! Love staying at family run places instead of the huge hotel chains.

This was a cute little hotel with a woodsy feel. The kids liked being able to connect our Netflix to the TV! 😀

This is a family owned property that is very clean and quaint. I really enjoyed the breakfast they serve. The night manager Vicky was super helpful! I would stay here again!

Vicki is amazing! The night I was coming in I hadn't arrived by 8 so she called me to make sure I was still coming and that I was ok. Then when I got there she made me feel like part of the family. She was genuine. The next morning on my way out for work she had a smile on her face and was just so happy talking with folks. The room was amazing for the price it felt like a room and not just some stuffy room you sleep in like some hotels. I will always use this place when I travel to Gunnison for work.

Vickie was delightful at the front desk - welcoming, accommodating, resourceful(she managed to make a small herd of children stop thundering up and down the halls above me at 6:00 in the morning!). The pool and hot tub were perfect - both temperature and not too much chlorine! The bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast included Nutella!! All the stars! My only complaint was that the suite door in my room had no insulation if any kind and I heard EVERYTHING all night from next door like it was in my room. Let’s just say I know way more about two strangers nighttime habits than I ever wanted to know! 😳

A great place for a family trip. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids to swim and the adults to relax. Great and friendly service.
