We had a family emergency and the price was great for an unplanned 3 day stay. Breakfast was more than expected for the price. However, on our second night the hot water went out and that was inconvenient. The first person we spoke to when we called was unapologetic and gave no timeline. However, the front desk person was much better. We were not however able to wash off the hospital grime until we returned later that night which was disappointing. The hotel is older and a little dated but overall is cute. Halloween decorations were sweet and the staff really tries. Hospitality cookies all night and overall the staff is friendly and seem to work as a team. Housekeeping was great!

Great for the price. Very specious room for a family of 5. Breakfast was good and pool was nice. Comfortable bed and room was clean. I would say the only downfall was the hot tub was out of order. I would recommend staying in this location.

They even welcome you with a brownie and popcorns. It was clean and quiet. My family enjoyed the pool as well. The wifi was bad, but that is pretty much the only complaint and for the price, it’s understandable.

Breakfast was not what it used to be when we have stayed in the past. Running out or not restocking items during service, even in the earlier hours. One morning multiple staff were watching telenovelas in the breakfast area, not really an issue except for the multiple sex implied scenes. Fortunately no children were there but extremely unprofessional. Loud party first nights stay, baby shower I believe, 5-7 yr olds playing doorbell ditch on our room not very fun. Probably our last visit to this location unfortunately.

Overall the hotel, service, and breakfast was good. We booked for family vacation. We were very disappointed when pool/ hot tub were out of service enen though I called prior to booking and was informed was working. Requested a discount and was denied.

My family and I were only there a couple nights but we had a great experience! The check in was super easy and fast and the lady who helped us was nice. We really liked that they put a sticker on the door that is a "clean seal". It let us know that no one else had been in the room since they cleaned it. The room was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was actually good and there were many options. The lady who looked over the food however, was not very nice and looked mad the entire time. We asked for an english muffin and she just walked away, put some in the container and then walked away again, never saying anything to us. But that's just one person, it didn't ruin our trip, just thought I'd mention it. The hot tub was also out of order which we were disappointed about but wasn't that big of a deal either. The greatest thing about this hotel was that it was in a really good area and there was only one homeless person outside for like a minute but then after that we never saw anyone loitering around the hotel.

The hot tub was more of a tepid tub, and it was very dirty. The pool was not heated at all, my son couldn't even enjoy it because he was shivering and cold. The staff we interacted with was all very polite. Breakast was stabdard for a hotel, my son and I had never seen a pancake maker so that was fun. It's located close enough both C470 and I25 that it's convenient, but you dont have to see and hear it. The rooms are pretty outdated, and with a deposit that doesnt return to your account for 3-5 days... is incredibly expensive. I wasn't able to do the aquarium after children's hospital, because our entry money was tied up in our deposit that no one mentioned. So no fun was had on an already stressful trip. We were hoping to swim and laugh the night before our scary visit... then we were going to celebrate being brave by going to the aquarium. Not all of your customers have disposable incomes, my budget was very tight and didnt include an extra 100 bucks THAT NO ONE MENTIONED, they just took. I get why, but informing folks would be nice

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting Denver. It is close to my family so they don't have far to drive. Everyone is super friendly and the breakfast is delicious. I especially like the salsa.

Got a king suite for the family (5) and it was sweet lol (amazing)! Very clean room. Breakfast had to be the best we've had in a long time. Staff was super friendly and accomodating. Great location! Will definitely stay here again! Pool had a wee bit of extra chlorine but the hot tub was very relaxing.

It was great but the pool area is horrendous mold and lots of water damage. Got a hotel with a pool for my grandchildren but only let them swim once because of its condition and it is what they love to do.
