Room was very clean & larger than expected. Beautiful facility with spacious patio near the pool. Large breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Had a bed bug incident. Paid for a mini suite was moved to a normal room and had to pay for an additional room to accommodate my family size. In the end they said the bed bugs were dead and it was my choice to continue to stay. I was originally told they would compensate once they were told by a third party that they were bed bugs. Crazy to prepay for a stay, have a terrible situation and leave being charged even more! Worst part they made me feel like I did something wrong. Never again.

The breakfast was not good and this is obviously a not family oriented hotel. There were people in the hallways banging on doors and yelling after midnight. There was another person with their door open blaring music. The whole first floor smelled like weed. The elevator was disgusting and my sheets and towels had stains on them. Also if you're booking on Expedia and you're military don't pay until you get the military discount. They did not honor it because we booked on Expedia.

Got harassed about a $50 deposit . Calling the room multiple times, knocking on the door at 9 pm waking my baby up , and calling my personal phone all because I booked a second night they wanted an additional $50 deposit. One of the worst experiences EVER

I was in town for a family wedding. I needed a room at a lower altitude. La Quinta Inn & Suites was very clean, quiet, and convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and great staff. The only thing that we didnt care for is that the walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors and their children.

Large gathering of family (25) from across the USA for funeral service. Lobby area worked well to accommodate around 10 folks Friday around 10 for family gathering, and courtyard worked well Saturday afternoon for larger gathering (30 folks). Francisco, Andres & Kirstin at the front desk were very helpful. Front desk rep (I believe Tasia sp?) was very helpful early Friday afternoon prior to check-in on phone to make sure reservations for two separate rooms including an accessible room were in order. View Restaurant next door did a good job accomodating a party of 20 including two kids for dinner. Nice area.

Lost my reservation and had to wait 30 minutes for them to find it. Walls are thin and listened to crying babies most of the night.

We had a great experience. The room was very comfortable and the grounds and pool were perfect! Perfect family destination.
