The front desk receptionist on 3/15 and 3/16 was very unprofessional, rude and completely unhelpful. We requested an adjoining room for our family when we scheduled 4 weeks in advance. When we checked in she simply said NO. We don’t have one. Handed us room keys and rolled her eyes. Lovely!

My family and I were in town for a graduation ceremony. We liked that the hotel was and the design. We also liked the location to restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space for my wife, and tw teenagers. The one drawback is placement of the bathroom which is at the foot of both beds and hasca glass translucent door. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Love this hotel! The rooms are great...spacious and remodeled and great option for a family of 5 with the pull-out bed/trundle/couch! The bathroom is great but do miss having the sink separate so more than one person can get ready at a time! The location is great with a lot of food options right around and not far from Park Meadows Mall area where there is even more shopping and dining! The breakfast is always great, and the eating space is very spacious! Staff if wonderful too!

My family had a very pleasant stay. Since the last fall, we have traveled a lot, and this hotel was one of the best. The room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
