I have been staying in Staybridge properties for last ten years This is the horrible place I ever stayed Staff is horrible and zero customer service and horrible staff They feel like we are there to stay in free! Swimming pool dogs allowed and kids have to swim with dogs and those dogs are pit bull dogs and dangerous Management is ignoring it

Very good overnight in Denver with my family. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, liked having the kitchen, beds were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was super extensive with many choices and very tasty.

We had a great experience traveling with our dog for the first time even he was treated well at the hotel. They are very pet friendly. Our stay lasted a week and we were pleased...pool was nice, jacuzzi great...location a plus to the Park Meadows Mall, Costco, and great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again as we have 3 kids and their families in the area.

Our room had a shark broken cooktop and some nails sticking out of the trim. Breakfast was cold at 7 when it started at 6:30, plates and forks weren’t refilled without having to find someone. Room service was washing sheets in guest laundry and we found fleas in our luggage after washing out clothes. lights in our room stopped working the third day. Called down for towels that never came. I did like that most of the staff was very nice but too many issues to stay again with children.

We went on a work/family trip and stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I was pleasantly surprised. The room as advertised is big enough for no more than 3 people. Or a couple with 2 children no older than 5. It is located in an area very accessible to I-25. So,it is one hour to Boulder or Colorado Springs, if you want to roam around the area. My main complaint is the lack of in room housekeeping. We were there for 10 days, and I had to beg for them to come on the third and 8th day. When the maid came, without telling she was coming, she gave me attitude. Other than that, everyone was very helpful and nice.

First family vacation in 5yrs. Booked my hotel 2 mths in advance. Showed up on tje day of check in and they give me the wrong room. So i go and let them know, and it is everyone elses fault on why i wasnt given the room i paid for and booked. They tell me to come back the next day and they would get me in the right room. For 3 days i went and tried to get the room i book, on the last day full day i was there i went to get the correct room and by that time it was my fault because i didnt get down to the main desk early enough. They lied to me and treat my vacation like it was nothing to them.
