We needed to stay in Tech Center for convenience to family and friends. The place was fine - rooms a little dated - and only one elevator operating. Note that sign up for Hilton Honors is required for free internet otherwise charged $5. Thought I did the sign up but still charged 😅. Plus considering how much parking is available at the property there is still a daily parking fee.

I travel with my son quite a bit, I liked the location for the proximity to my family. However, I don’t know if it’s cause I’m from Texas but the lack of friendliness from the hotel staff was beyond me. Lack of assistance and maybe just throw in a smile. To make matters worse, I went about my day the next morning and I had no room service to my room. The unfriendly front desk said I had the no disturb sign on it, which I clearly didn’t have but they proceeded to insist i did, what happened to the customer is right? I didn’t even have one of those signs in my room to begin with, and it’s just me and my toddler with me, trust me we didn’t. I liked the room it was comfortable but the rest was an unpleasant experience.
