Hotel was ok. When booked the room it was supposed to be for 5 people with pullout couch. When we got to the hotel, we were told that they don’t have rooms like that. The room was small. Dark colors and not enough lighting. Bathroom was clean with plenty of lighting. Breakfast was ok. I guess it would be ok for a family with 2 kids.

Great 2-night stay for our family of five. It didn’t have a sleeper sofa that we’re used to so they gave us a roll in bed.

The hotel was perfect for our short getaway to visit family...easy access to everything, good breakfast in the morning, easy parking, and the property itself was very clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised for the low price I paid that the property was so nice and my husband and teenagers didn't complain at all 🙌

My kids and I stayed for 4 nights and we had zero issues. Our arrival took longer than anticipated, so I called the hotel to let them know we would have a late check in. We arrived after midnight and had no issues getting checked in. Would definitely stay here again!

HORRIBLE! Our experience started out fine. We were in Colorado for 1 full day, 2 nights with our young children. We had already stayed 1 night. Our only request for the trip was to stay at a hotel with a pool so our kids could swim. THIS LOCATION HOSTS PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS! We felt as though we were being disruptive to the kids whose parents paid for private lessons, thus we did not use the pool how we would have had there not been lessons. We stated to the front desk that the lessons weren’t disclosed to us and asked to check out and not be charged for the 2nd night. The manager said no, would not work with us in the slightest, put words in our mouths stating we were calling the lessons a “disturbance” which was not true. All around both parties, us and the private lesson folks were inconvenienced which could have been avoided with a disclosure. We would have simply booked elsewhere. We tried working with Expedia who were so kind and tried so hard to help us, but the manager kept denying the request for the one night to be reimbursed. She was rude, made us feel unwelcome and quite frankly unsafe. She spread false information to the instructor about our question making her feel bad for simply trying to do her job. This manager was an absolute nightmare to work with. I cannot stress enough that you should NOT book at this location. We ended up checking out early (still got charged though) and went to Quality Inn and the staff and management were absolutely wonderful.

Breakfast was very poor. The pancake machine produced pancakes the size of quarters and when we asked staff they said nope that is how big they are. It took forever to get 3 kids breakfast. We have eaten at other hotels with the same machine that gives you decent big pancakes from the machine. The bedding and towels had stains on it. Sad because this used to be our go to place to stay when passing through because of the good breakfast and cleanliness.

The room was very quiet. I didnt hear my neighbors once. The staff was all kind. The breakfast was simple but there were kid friendly options. The coffee in the room was surprisingly good too. The pool only goes to 5ft which I was grateful for because I brought my two children and the last hotel we stayed at was 5ft at the shallow end. But this is something to consider if youre looking for a deeper pool. The hot tub was the perfect temperature, hot but not too hot. I didnt see a fitness room, so I am assuming they didnt have one. Overall, good place to stay. I slept like a big baby.

Staff was terrible, no housekeeping in the 3 nights I spent there, management lets mentally challenged kids use the pool as treatment, pool was disgusting, I won’t stay here again
