There were multiple large groups with children checking in & staying. Check in went smooth. The staff kept the breakfast going smoothly with food replenished. The groups of children seemed to enjoy the lobby area for pizza and playing cards while they were chaperones near by. Staff was amazingly accommodating from check in, to breakfast, and arranging shuttle for those large groups to the airport.

The property is older. The elevator was not working and I was put on the second floor So I had to fumble my way up to flights of stairs with a two year old and our bags. The staff told me to keep the baby close to me because people were crazy around there. I appreciated the heads up however I did not feel safe after that.

Staff was very helpful on the phone answering my questions when I was trying to decide whether to book a room here. The shuttle was reliable. The room smelled kind of weird and stale mixed with cleaning chemicals, but we turned the air on and pretty soon it wasn’t noticeable. We stayed on the ground floor and I was surprised at how high the ceiling was; it made it feel so roomy. The beds were soft and sheets were crisp. The hotel breakfast had lots of options, both hot and cold. My son loved the waffle maker! As a very pregnant lady traveling with children I felt very safe in this hotel. Thanks for making an extremely long layover in Denver enjoyable!

The room looked great until I checked the bathroom. The bathtub was very dirty, lots of soap scum. I had to scrub it myself so that my kids could use it.

Our room 405 smelled like a damp basement. And kids were running through the halls at 11pm while we we’re trying to sleep.

Chair in room appeared to be full of dog hair even though we were not in a pet-friendly room. We had requested a pet-free room due to allergies and having a child with us who has airway issues.

Staff was friendly. Our room was neat. We were only staying one night to catch the shuttle to the airport the next morning. The shuttle was on time. Their complimentary breakfast starts at 4am! Great for those taking early morning flights! Only complaint (and I didn't have time to notify the front desk): the toilet ran off and on all night making very strange noises in the pipes below our room. I hardly slept . My children slept just fine, luckily!

check in was a nightmare. A mistake was made for the check in with a family ahead of us. 2 clerks and a manager could not figure out how to correct it. Finally, I suggested that one of the clerks just standing there watching the manager could go ahead and check us in. By the time, they got it straightened out, 5 others were waiting
