Hyatt Place Peña Station/Denver Airport

This hotel is a great place to stay while on leisure or business. The only thing I was not a fan of was how many times our room was maintained during our stay. My family of 5 was there for 4 days and it was only maintained once and that was upon request. We had to ask for towels multiple times and eventually ran out of toiletries that we also had request. Other than that small detail everything was great.

I absolutely loved this property! Outside of not knowing that the shuttle stops running at a certain time, everything else was great. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Overall the facility was clean and well maintained the room was nice enough; I booked a double queen suite with a pull out bed as I was travelling with my 3 children; a 2 month old, 2 year old and 13 year old. My dissatisfaction was almost completely with the hotel shuttle. We were told to be downstairs by 4 am for our shuttle. We arrived at 357 and the receptionist immediately yelled at us asking if we were there for the shuttle and when we said we were she began scolding us and telling us to get on NOW. I was going as quickly as I could considering my toddler, newborn, luggage and car seat. When we got to the shuttle the driver started THROWING our bags in the back. We left the property at 401. I asked the driver what time we were supposed to be there since they seemed so angry. She didn’t answer me or speak to me at all. When we got to the airport she still refused to speak or answer me. I certainly meant no disrespect or cause anyone to be late, but her poor attitude and treatment will deter me from ever staying there again despite my usual loyalty to that hotel.

Nice and close to the airport. Clean. Decent breakfast options and a Starbucks in the lobby. Great family suite.

We had called the hotel for a request to have a room close by our family, which also stayed there. Julie was very helpful and made it happen so that we were right next to each other!

I just needed a place to crash with my kids after a late flight into DIA, but this hotel was amazing!

Overnight stay in Denver with family heading to a wedding

Our first time to stay at this location. We loved everything about it. The location is great and the amenities include a fantastic breakfast buffet, restaurant/ bar on site and pet friendly! We were traveling with our fur babies this trip and they were spoiled with all sorts of attention from staff! Highly recommwnd!!
