Don’t let the stains on the hallway carpet dismay you; they are rough and the elevator was missing a few number buttons but…my room was SO CLEAN and QUIET. There was a huge soccer team in the hotel (all great kids) and it was quiet-the hotel Let them use the breakfast kitchen for games and hanging out. Best thing? The bathtub. It’s gigantic. A person can take a real soak. My first room was so Smokey and it’s a 100 % smoke free hotel (who smokes nowadays?) and they switched me right away without any problem. Front desk staff is all business, but they get the job done efficiently. Yes, I’d stay here again!

My family and I were all very worn out from moving the day before and just wanted to shower, eat, and get some sleep. That was one of the best sleep and enjoyed my stay. The staff were attentive and respectful and patient. I will definitely will stay again. I left some items there and just remembered so hopefully they still have them.

I booked MainStay Suites Denver International Airport for my wife who is a flight attendant based in Denver. The reservation was for March 20th. However, I was unaware that this hotel is now being used as a migrant housing facility and is completely overrun! They were all over the lobby and outside the hotel and my wife turned right back around and left. When she spoke with coworkers they told her that a fellow flight attendant had recently reported being raped at that hotel and that no flight attendants stay there anymore. I looked at reviews after speaking with my wife and several confirmed the same to be true. I cannot believe this is even being offered as an option to book. This is not a safe environment for families and especially women traveling alone!

Overall it’s what you would expect for this type of hotel. The shuttle driver from the airport packed 8 people into a row of 4 after being 20 minutes late. Two were kids that had to stand and one was myself who is 30 weeks pregnant. Very unsafe. He didn’t seem to care when people spoke up. The hotel overall was nice. Our room smelled and the prior guests trash still in the bin which was full. The walls are a little thin so a white noise machine was necessary.

I was very happy with my stay at the hotel because I had everything I needed at hand. I love the small kitchen which is essential when traveling with young children. My only regret is that the cleaning of the rooms is not systematic. Some accessories such as slippers, toothbrushes and traveler's toothpaste were also missing. Apart from that, it was a delight and for the quality/price ratio, I would gladly come back!

The hotel was clean but maintenance is lacking big time! The carpet had came apart and they used staples to fix it. Obviously it didn’t work because it is a cement floor. The bathroom had a hole in the wall that was covered like a toddler stuck mud on the wall.

I received an email about a card issue prior to my arrival and i called to clarify this. I was informed that there was no issues and everything was fine, but when i arrived my room had been canceled due to card issue. Not to mention I received an email asking how my check in went thinking everything was good. Atleast i was able to get a last minute room. My family of 5 had to share a room with one king bed and breakfast was okay. Hotel is clean but in need of some minor repairs.
