My kids highly enjoyed playing pickleball on the 4th floor court. It was easily walkable to restaurants and the 16th street mall.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. 24 hour market is perfect when traveling with the whole family. Valet is pricey at $59 a night, but there are no other parking options. Worth the stay if you need to be in the downtown Denver area.

We booked a two queen room for a family of four and then we’re told there were only single king rooms available. We had two people sleeping in the floor.

Sweet time celebrating a family birthday! Autumn was very helpful with area restaurants, and a special gift to celebrate! We loved the hot chocolate bar too!!!

If you value a quality experience and you don’t want to feel like an inconvenience to the team at the grand Hyatt Denver, I recommend booking a different hotel. Having kids or asking for additional pillows is an issue there. 10/10 won’t be at this property again!

The hotel is beautiful with wonderful staff, fast elevators, lovely pool with a patio, workout room, and a market for snacks. Overall, our stay was wonderful and I’d stay again. The things that were a little challenging was the fact the bath faucet was not working to draw a bath for my kids. I didn’t ask fit someone to fix it. Our room faced a construction site that started loud equipment early Friday morning. The gif choices for my kids were little too nothing for room service, and the breakfast buffet wasn’t included in the price. That was disappointing. When I drove up, I only saw the weird valet and didn’t know where the self parking was. The parking was unclear. I appreciated the front desk staff crediting me $50 for not having the room ready on time. We had a lovely stay and hope to visit again.

Not one problem. The entire stay was excellent! Even the housekeeper was excellent. Only one hiccup was when we went to breakfast buffet they charged my 8 year old daughter for a full adult buffet and did not believe she was a child and questioned her by 3 different people, including asking her, her age. Not sure what the age limit is for the buffet is but that was the only time I was upset.
