Front desk was super friendly! Quoted me a price higher than I found on the app. I refused to pay that price and she was so understanding that I was going through the app. Love the room, we slept like babies! The air conditioner was awesome!!!! We left to the airport at 5:30 and they were already serving breakfast!

It was an overnight with our grand babies . They loved the pool. Unfortunately, they touched something on the tv and we didn’t notice but received a charge on our credit card for two movies that we didn’t watch. When I call hotel about it they said they were plus speech to a manager and call me back. However I never received at call back and never received $40.00 credit.

Room was comfortable. Pillows were amazing and I slept like a baby. Shuttle service back and forth from hotel to airport. Definitely would be willing to stay again.

I accidentally booked a king bed and needed a two bed. Immediately upon discovering my mistake, i pleaded with the front desk attendant to switch me to a two bed and she said she can’t because I booked with Expedia. I called Expedia and Expedia attempted to get me a two bed on my behalf with the property and again she refused. Since I had children with me, I went to front desk and requested a cot. She said my room doesnt come with a cot and refused to accommodate my needs. Refused to refund me. Refused to give me a two bed even though I was more then willing to pay the difference. I have never beef treated this way and I was walking off she said she would give me a refund and threatened to call the cops on me. This woman was extremely rude. I was forced to get another room at a different hotel so the children had a place to sleep. This will be my one and only time at this hotel. Do not stay her as long as Christy is working the front desk.

We were met with very unpleasant front desk staff. No hellos or a smile. Once we made it to our room we were pleased to find comfortable beds and pillows. We were there as Denver broke their record low temperature of -19. At 1am our heater kicked on and started screaming at us. We were unable to use it throughout the night. Temp dropped in the room and was unbearable. We decided to layer clothing and go back to sleep as it was too late to move my family to a new room. In the morning I went to the front desk to inform them of the heater problem. Front desk staff showed no compassion at all. Said they would send someone up to look at the heater. I asked for a refund which the front desk immediately said no and that we would have to call Expedia for a refund. She did say she would inform Expedia of my request. After this discussion i went into the breakfast area were numerous other guests were sitting. I needed a place to work for a few hours. As I set up my laptop and began to start working a staff member informed all of us that we had to leave to dining area so she could vacuum the floors and close the area. At this point I was not able to work in my room because of the cold. We were so cold that we chose to go the airport early. I was very happy with the transfer to the hotel. The drivers were very pleasant and helpful. I would like to request a full refund for this stay. As my wife, son, and I got little sleep and my son now has a cold.

Amazing!!! The room was fantastic, staff was so sweet and polite, breakfast eggs yummiest, kiddos had a blast in the pool, beds were very comfortable.

Definitely outdated (patches in walls, wall paper peeling off, scuffs on walls, etc…), The staff didn’t seem to happy to be there (can’t blame them). Extremely difficult to find parking after 7 (told us to park in fire lanes). Sadly, before we left in the morning, my wife found a baby roach in the bathroom.

This property is infested with bed bugs. My child has painful bug bites all over his body. I notified the front desk and they said no manager would be on site until the next day. I should have been given an immediate full refund and I am still waiting for resolution.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! THE OWNE IS A CRIMINAL THAT WILL DEMAND A BOOT BE PUT ON YOUR CAR IF YOU PARK IN THE “WRONG” SPOT IN THEIR PARKING LOT, EVEN IF THERE IS NO SIGN INDICATING NO PARKING AND THE FRONT DESK SAYS PARK ANYWHERE. We almost missed our flight as we had to argue with him for 45 minutes in the middle of the night while he tried to demand that we pay an extra $200 to remove the boot on our rental car. And we have two small children and one was suffering from dehydration. It was an absolute nightmare. This has nothing to do with the staff and the shuttle driver, as they were incredibly kind and helpful. This has everything to do with the owner and I will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and all appropriate agencies. I usually don’t complain, but this was completely unacceptable and I was in tears. Everyone should be aware that the owner is a criminal and is in the business of scamming his innocent hotel patrons. I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Our stay was pleasant. The only down was the elevators stopped working during our stay so we had to use that stairs but other than that the staff made us feel welcomed and accommodated all of our needs! Especially the over night staff, he was so respectful, nice, and helpful. They were kid friendly as well. Oh and the breakfast was unbelievably great! We had seconds.
