Some kids had to be prank calling us, bevause the room ohin kept ringi ng until we left it off the hook. Not hotel's fault but definitely irritatingm stay was okay. Its noisy in the area and walls seemed very thin, so just know that going in. Very convenient to airport though.

They were super accommodating by storing my families' luggage while we ran to DIA to pick up more family. Got us all checked in quickly and were super friendly.

The manager/front desk personnels are very friendly and easy to work with. The ladies were very helpful to setup shuttles for our family and we are very appreciative on that.

We got there after a long drive and the pool was closed for cleaning for 2 hours. By the time it opened it was the kids bedtime. The front desk was not especially friendly and also put us in the wrong morning shuttle time to the airport.

I had called several days ahead to make sure the shuttle could take my family to the airport. The lady said I needed to do that when I arrived. When I arrived they told me the shuttle was too full and should have done it 24 hours in advance. We needed to be at the airport by 4:00 am we arrived after 8:00 pm the night before. Really stressed out the start of our vacation. the first gal at the desk was not friendly nor helpful. Basically said that their staff wouldn’t have told me that. I was not too happy and will jot stay at this hotel in the future.

hotel is at airport and promises breakfast but doesn't offer until 7:00 A.M. Given this is a airport hotel and there were 20 guests including my family leaving at 5:00, the breakfast I expected was not available. SHOULD BE WARNED!!!
