The employees were great- very helpful. Everything was very clean and easy to access. Nice large bathroom, several areas to put bags to make them easy to access. Checking in as 2 adults and a child, I feel they could given us a room that was larger. This room would be perfect for 2 adults without a child.

Avid is newly known to us and our family. Of course it is an IHG Hotel, much is expected at this caliber. Its motto is cleanliness! Post Covid, so that is the reason i expected the proper Covid safe and cleanliness Although, the room we stayed in, floors were sticky and black if use the white towel to run over, we are barefooters. Aside from that, we love everything, down to the pancake maker (the kiddos flock over that thing, while i have to force them breakfast at home)

It was fine as far as the room itself goes, but I stood in the snow with my one year old at the airport waiting for a shuttle for 45 minutes. I was afraid to go inside in case I missed it. The hotel wouldn’t answer the phone. Someone in a chat supposedly ordered the shuttle for me. It finally came and everything went well thereafter. But that was a major issue. I was in tears. While I was able to keep the baby warm, my shoes were sopping wet and freezing. Had to dry them overnight in the room on the heater.

Before booking at this location I specifically called and asked if hot food was available for continental breakfast I was told yes it was however upon going downstairs for breakfast there was only cold foods like cereal and which I am not a kid I don't want cold food for breakfast we specifically asked that question because we could have went back to the Hyatt and Cherry Creek where we had booked before that was the same amount and that is indeed had breakfast Hot breakfast

My family and I had the best experience with Avid. The hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful with any questions that we had. Breakfast in the morning was also a great perk before heading out to explore what Denver had to offer.

Property in very good condition, newer room and bathroom. We had to take a flight early and had arranged to get breakfast bags for the morning. When leaving at 4am with the hotel shuttle for the airport, no breakfast bag and the person at the reception did not do anything to help. I was traveling with my 2 young kids so would have appreciated a little help to get them something to eat...
