The reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. Unfortunately it was down for maintenance and I had some very unhappy kids. The rooms were nice and clean I would stay here again as long as the pool is in working order.

Check-in was cumbersome. There was this poor mother in front of us with three toddler children. It was late at night and all three were throwing tired tantrums. She checked in and the person at the front desk kept telling her to wait while she went somewhere in the back. It took nearly half an hour to get this poor woman her key. The mother had to approach another hotel employee to ask if the front desk person was coming back? Our check-in was fine, but our room was on the main floor right by the eating area, so in the morning there were people yelling down the hall, kitchen noise, etc. The room was small and there was no storage space. It was like an IKEA-designed hotel room but with no place to put anything. "TRU by Hilton" must stand for "modern and stripped down." I'm a Hilton rewards member and Hilton was reluctant to apply my points because I booked this hotel through Expedia (they did eventually give me the points but it took three phone calls). The area around the hotel was just airport property, other hotels, and some chain restaurants, I loved that it had a small basketball court outside. There was a homeless camp behind it. We ended up needing to cut our stay short because of a personal emergency. The morning hotel staff was kind and did not charge us for the nights we didn't stay. Overall experience wasn't awful, but it was just "okay." We usually enjoy Hilton properties, but we probably won't stay at this one again.

Everything was smooth and seamless from the shuttle service to checking in and checking out. My family was pleased with the breakfast too.

Everything was good overall. I didn’t think the $10 parking fee was necessary just to park in their parking lot. The pool wasn’t very clean so we didn’t use it very long. The breakfast was pretty good and the kids had fun with the basketball court and pool table.

Room was clean and great however for a room with 2 queen beds it was tiny , super hard to have 4 people in the room plus the luggage . Was kinda difficult to even have a crib in there for our 1 year old . Everything was super clean very nice service was excellent breakfast was great . And they even gave us the option of a 2 pm late check out due to the crazy hours we had to be at the airport . Nothing to complain about except the size of the room . Everything else was perfect . I would def stay again if I don’t have any children with me .

The first thing everyone should know is they charge $10 to park in their parking lot even when you are staying there. Their staff didn’t seem like they care about the facility or guests. There were kids playing on the pool table and shooting billiard balls all over the floor and yelling till 2:00 am without anyone saying anything. The staff were all in their phones not caring about anything. Our room wasn’t clean. There were stains on the tile that would come off easily with any effort, but obviously there was not taken. I would find another place around the Tower Road hotels and skip this one.

Very nice place. I like the decor and sitting areas. The front desk was always available and helpful. This was a good place to stay with family and right near the airport so easy pickup and drop-off.

Great location. They picked us up from the airport, were kind and professional, and responded quickly to our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those traveling with children.
