I understand the need for upgrades and improvements on any facility, however, there was no organization to their plans. There were few clear directions on how to check in. Fire alarms went off numerous times to include the middle of the night. I was told that the construction would end in the early evening but, I would hear hammering/drilling/scraping until nearly 10-11 pm. If they shut down an entrance, they did not clearly label where you were supposed to go or workers would tell you you could not access that area so you couldn’t get to your room. My family and I were miserable but could not move hotels due to my company reserving the room. I’m sure it will be lovely once completed but, I truly think they should have shut down until completion. And a free appetizer or $5.00 off your next room is not sufficient as an apology.

Great place to stay! Right off I-25 with clean rooms, very clean shower with soft towels, comfy beds and no stains on the carpet. Minutes away from Garden of the Gods. This hotel is on the north side of the park. You go through the park and end up leaving the south side right by Manitou Springs. A beautiful town with great food and shopping. Fun activities like Cave of the winds, The North Pole, Cliff Dwellings, Penny arcade, etc. At the park stage they had maybe 10-15 pottery wheels and they were having contests to see who could make the best pot. The kids got to judge and it was fun to watch! Our family has been to Colorado Springs many times and it’s our favorite place for a weekend getaway.

The staff late at night were so helpful! We had a member of the family have an allergic reaction (nothing severe) and the staff found Benadryl and Ibuprofen for us! They even checked on us at the continental breakfast to make sure we were all okay! The rooms were perfectly clean and beds very comfortable. The bar was open until midnight so my husband and I got a drink late that night. We love Colorado Springs and will be staying here in the future. Very close to local attractions too! Thank you all! I hope management sees how dedicated and friendly the staff is- as well as how clean you all keep it!

At check in they would not let me get cards for both the rooms I purchased even with a receipt. Had to wait for other person to get to town to obtain their card. Room #1 had some damage on check in that was noted to the staff. Both the door stop and inside door lock were busted off. They were as if someone recently kicked the door in. The bathroom had an inoperable exhaust fan and a light that took 2 minutes to brighten up to the point you could see anything in there. Room #2 didn’t have any notable damages. Both rooms noted not having any hand soap, we went down to ask for some and the desk responded that the entire hotel was out of soap. Breakfast buffet was a decent size but it was never fully stocked. Always sempt like they were struggling to keep up with the guest count. On final day went down to get a luggage cart. The front desk said they were all gone people had taken them and kept them in their rooms. So we had to load a family of 7s luggage with multiple trips. Staff was far from impressive. Definitely not what I expected for what we paid for our rooms through this site. I will not return to this hotel. And honestly surprised hotels.com shows this as being an 8.4. For a Hyatt I’m not impressed at all. I expected far better.

The rooms are large and gave my kids plenty of room to run around after such a long drive. The only thing that wasn't awesome was our window facing the innerstate highway. You hear a lot of traffic noise but it's not a deal breaker for me. The place is very clean and the rooms comfortable!

This is one our favorite places to stay as a family. Wish the pullout was more comfortable but we do love it there

Hotel was clean and nice - negatives - the free breakfast needs help - needs rolls or pancakes or something other than cereal for kiddos. The room itself is lacking in electrical outlets - we had to buy a power strip while there. And elevators are really slow. It’s fine to not clean room but every 3 days but they need to go in at least every other day to restock toilet paper and towels. Overall it was a nice hotel but very pricey for what we got.

This property was great for our family vacation, our room was clean and the staff was always helpful. A couple of things to mention- no washer and dryer available for guests, the hotel is right off the interstate so at night it can be pretty noisy, also they don’t clean the room until you request it, which is fine with me but we did run out of toilet paper and clean towels.

While it was a very nice hotel it could use more space for the complimentary breakfast. This was very difficult to orchestrate with small children. The rooms are spacious just poorly laid out. Also as the bath room is not made for a 225lb person.
