It was a good time just extremely expensive. Much more expensive than it was worth but the kids had a really good time. We will go back if there’s a room sale one of these days.

Nice facility with a very nice indoor pool. Rooms are nice and roomy, very quiet. Check in was efficient and informative. Wait staff very attentive. The grand kids loved the serving robot

Had a great time! Staff was excellent. Price for the hotel room was great. Even made a few hundred on the slots! My teenage kids enjoyed the pool, but this town is not made for kids! Best to just do an adult visit!

I don't reccomend traveling here with kids. The Hotel does not offer Microwaves or a family area where you can sit down to eat with your family, other than their restaurants. The pool area is the only cool place the family can enjoy. The staff is not very friendly and they don't make you feel welcomed. We stayed there several nights and not once did the cleaning service come in to clean our rooms. We had to take out our own trash because they would not come in to clean or put new towels. There was a fight next door one night and we couldn't sleep because of the noise. The hallway smelled like weed for two days and nothing was done about it. Chain restaurants are 20 minutes away, as well as attractions for kids. The casinos do not pay out. The view of the mountains is relaxing.

Great property for families! Amazing pool on the top floor and multiple hot tubs. The restaurants on premises are great. 2nd stay at this property will be back

The casino had closed off the 2nd floor enterance by the smoking and bus pickup area so guest had no access to the restrooms nor coffee at the hotel enterance. Very inconvenient for hotel guest use ! As a senior this was awful. Reason enough for me not to stay again. Added so much more walking with a cane it made the trip overnight less appealing. Desk staff were nice and helpful. Could not use the hot tubs at adult pool hours as at 9:30 pm family’s had total use no open spot in outside hot tub nor the inside hot tub. We reported it to desk staff they helped but that was at 10:00 pm. We never could get use of the hot tub during our over night stay.

The front check in staff very rude. Especially Judy. She was snobby didn’t listen used no manners and acted like I was a bother when she checked me in. Then gave me the worse room she could find. I asked to be moved and she wanted to move me next door which was no better . The room smelled moldy and had a stinch too it. Lamp shades leaning off lamps broke. Light switches in room didn’t work in certain areas the refrigerator made a buzz noise and was overheating. Blood on floor of the only elevator that seemed to be operating had to go search for ice bins. Front desk said I had to go to floor 19 and that door was locked and it was like ghost town on the floors so had to go all the way back to room and ask again about ice. Then the guy that answered was just cause as Judy because she was training him and must be teaching him you can act shirt and rude with paying customers. Your hotel needs to be remodeled and most difinitly your staff needs training in hospitality and courtesy because they lack both. Ugly stay ugly vibe will not be back and will spread word to family friends and my job to stay elsewhere. I wasn’t valued there so I’m sure my family and friends won’t be either .

This hotel was magnificent the customer service was quite splendid, me and my family enjoyed this hotel. The casinos was something me and my husband enjoyed, thank you Ameristar!

Couldn't check in due to internet not working then missed our dinner reservation due to being 2 minutes past our 15 minute grace period of being late and they wouldn't seat us. Didn't check into the hotel and took my family back home. Horrible

We were supposed to get a suite we just got a room with two beds and when pressed about it they were no help at all and wouldn’t give us the room we paid for . The toilet don’t work for the first 36 hrs of our stay . Bathtub had puke and pubic hair that was not cleaned and when asked about that we had no help with that either . We asked to be reimbursed but they said we would have to contact the place we made the reservation from so no help there . I will never stay there again until they make it right for my family and I . A very disappointing stay that we had saved and looked forward to for months . Unsatisfied customers.
