We had a great stay here before heading up to Granby to Ski. We were glad they had full breakfast options for our family! The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I didn’t care for the staff member at check in. I reserved this room for my 95 yr old mother in law and two elderly family members. After booking online, I sent a message requesting first floor since they were elderly. At check in they were given a room on their highest floor.

Like other raters, we paid extra for a room with a mountain view per the Expedia description. On arrival, we discovered that's actually a room with a patio and were placed in a first-floor room, with a patio, that directly faced a brick wall. No views. The assistant manager on duty snipped at my child. The pool area, especially around the indoor hot tub, was filthy and crumbling. The linens were nice, but the room felt depressing overall.

We have traveled to Evergreen many times over the years. Comfort Suites is our choice of hotel option every time! The pool/jacuzzi and the morning breakfast are a hit with our family.
