Fraser Crossing Founders Pointe

Fantasic place to stay! The only thing to note is do your research before booking. Parking can be a challenge when you're not sure where to go and snow is covering everything 🙂 Staff is extremely helpful! Personally the only other thing to note is the restaurant Goodys creperie made my entire family sick. Maybe it was an off day or maybe our tastes are different. Just a heads up. One last thing, make sure and grab a wagon. Winter Park provides them and they are extremely helpful lugging around your gear after a long day. Have fun and ski safe!

The communication from the property was terrible. No one was responding after hours to a late check-in. When we finally got access to the room after 1 1/2 delay the air conditioning wasn’t working and the room smelled like mold and mildew. My entire family was having an allergic reaction and we were unable to stay at the property. They refused to refund our two night stay and I had to drive an hour with my three children at 1:00 in the morning to Denver in order to find a hotel.

This was our first time staying here with the whole family and I have to say, we loved it! We had a 2 bedroom unit which was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. The resort grounds were amazing and had so much to do also. I loved all the little shops and restaurants on the premises too. Staff was very friendly as we got snowed in and missed our flight out, so they booked us another room with no problem. Skiing and sledding is right on the property, along with a skating rink. We will definitely be back!

Preferably without kids :) Enjoyed the patio and the view of the Winter Park resort. Walking distance to the resort. Beautiful time of year. Would love to stay here during ski season as well!

Perfect location and great size room. A lot of noise in the middle of the night due to people hanging out in the hot tub that is in the court yard outside the windows. Made it hard for all of us, including our baby, to sleep. Good space though and nice to have a little kitchenette.

If you go in the summer, do not stay here. There is no air conditioning, we were placed in a room by the very busy highway and told to open all our windows when we called about the air not working. They also told us to put a fan in the window and it would eventually cool off. There were two rooms for sleeping, one fan and one room cooled off eventually, but the bedroom was very noisy as we gave the fan to our kid's room. The road noise with the windows open was so loud all night long that we could not sleep. I will never stay here if the temperature is over 70, as the sun hits this hotel all day and our room, when we checked into the room it was was 86 degrees in the room. The fact that there is no air should be VERY prominently displayed on the website.
