Great trip for fun with the family

Walls a little thin, kids running up and down hall. Other than that good stay 😉

Very disappointed in how we were treated by staff after complaining about LOUD noises all hours above use after our 3rd night of being there and it being perfect. I searched several hotel reviews and locations to be in a clean, safe, smoke free environment, with an indoor pool before selecting a hotel. Our issues were not handled and the supervisor was snappy with us when complaining. (I've never complained at a hotel in 15 years of vacationing) Upon arriving home after staying there 5 days we were charge a 250.00 smoking fee to which we specifically wanted NON SMOKING!!!!! I have made multiple attempts to contact the general manager, to which I have yet to get a call or email back!!! At this point I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. Also do not reserve a 2 bedroom suite as they do not have them like advertised and be careful with the pool. Chlorine is way to high and my child only got to swim once because of how bad his eyes reacted to it.
