Our family stayed for one night here before a trip to eliches. Almost everything in our room was either broken or in horrible shape. Hair dryer was non functional and almost caught on fire, locks on doors wouldn't fully engage, shower head sprayed all over the floor and was about to come off it's attachment, fire alarm was held on by tape....i could go on. We are by NO MEANS high maintenance. We are a family of 6 and are used to just dealing, but this was a bit scary. Would not choose to return based on our experience. Front staff was great. Our youngest daughter left a souvenir from yellowstone in the bed, and they saved it for us to return and collect it. Staff has my thanks!

The face blast of chlorine when you first walk through the lobby door should be your first indication to turn around. The room was damaged and dirty. We tried to brave the pool because thats the one thing my children look forward to, big mistake the we had to leave within 15 minutes. Between the lack of ventilation the heat and the dangerous amounts of chlorine we probably stayed too long even then. To top it off the damage to the hot tub chunks missing lights with exposed wires. DANGEROUS ☠️

The coffee machine was disgusting… we weren’t told that housekeeping had to be requested. The whole floor was smoking weak and I can’t assume the front desk associate wasn’t joining in. I LOVED the layout of our room but not family friendly. The pool deck was redone with wall tiles… so horribly slippery, and they didn’t pay for slot drains to be re-done so you will stub your toe. The coating in the pool and hot tub was peeling in it’s entirety and just not comfortable to sit in. The hotel has all the potential to be amazing with a decent contractor and a little more investment.

We had a great time. The room was very outdated. Also there was a hole in our 1 wall were someone punched it. The bathroom tub did not work. We were there for 4 days and only on the final day didcthe waffle machine work. Despite all of that we would stay again. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Good value for the money. It has a fairly decent breakfast buffet with two kinds of waffles, breakfast meats, and eggs every day. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff were all very friendly. The property itself could use some maintenance and some repairs.

Exceptional staff and easily accessible to the area which is why I picked this hotel. Less than three miles away to concert my family and I were attending, also just a quick off shoot from the interstate and easy access to shopping and restaurants.

This hotel is disgusting. I woke up the first morning with bites on my legs and requested to move rooms, did so after having to go to a laundromat to clean all my clothes in caution. When they moved me to a new room at 11pm , there was crumbs, hair and blood in the need and sheets. I had to go down and get new sheets to make my own bed every night because housekeeping does nothing but take the trash out. My feet were black from walking on the floors in the room. The tub had pubic hair in it and the you could see mold stains. I also had a newborn and 2 year old with me and management refused to compensate me for my terrible stay. The only decent part of the hotel was the pool.
