Good to stay with kids

The pool & Jacuzzi had entirely to much bleach/ chlorine in it, we all have headaches as well as other families most checked out

Had to stay 2 nights while visiting family and this place was pretty nice. Free parking and breakfast which was ok, not the best I've had with the basics but still not bad. Room was nice and clean with a nice size TV. Bed and pillow were decent also so really can't complain. I would stay here again the next time we come out this way. Also the hotel was nice and quiet and away rom the highway but easy to get to it, The staff were all very courteous and friendly so other than the breakfast, this place was nice.

my family enjoyed our stay and my kids liked the indoor pool an spa. We did have a problem with our keycards not working on our door to our room.

i typically stay here since its close to the theme parks however this was my second time booking and will be my last. first time i did my deposit via cash stayed two nights and paid 200.00 and then got it back the same day at check out. second time i went for 1 night, same room. they charged us 250 cash for the deposit. not sure how they can go from 200 cash for two nights in july 2023 to 250.00 cash for 1 night in august 2023. after all these hassles i am choosing to go elsewhere for my family stay where there is no different amounts they want to charge. I also want to complain of the bad internet. every time you try to connect it kicks you off. and the side door to the hotel would not open after certain hours with the keycard making us having to walk all the way around to the front or have someone from the room come unlock the door. I actually have had better service and experience at even a super 8 over this place

Loved this hotel! We stayed one night after our day at Six Flags. 2 adults and 3 kids. The kids were so happy to have an indoor pool and hot tub after spending all day at the park. The room was very comfortable and worked for our needs. The front desk staff was amazing. Definitely would go back.

I always book a family room with extra sofa bed. That sofa bed was terrible. Mattress was in very bad shape. The first room they changed for us because it was broken bed but other room also the mattress was not gud. U lay down on sofa bed u just feel the bed frame on ur back.

Enjoyed the stay with family

I liked the hotel but my only problem was at breakfast. I know the time was until 9am, but the woman brought out eggs and sausage at 8:50 and then took them away in the back while people were in line trying to get food! I didn't understand that. I saw her taking food away while people were trying to get toast. It's not right to do that when some lady is trying to get her kid something to eat. I would have at least let the person finish grabbing the toast. I'll be writing to corporate about that. Besides that, everything else was great.

This was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed. We stayed for six nights visiting family and every day our room was clean and pleasant. The hot breakfast was more than ample and it was convenient and close to shopping. We will definitely go back!
