Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dixon, CA - UC Davis Area

Outstanding as usual!! This in one of our favorite places to stay when visiting our kid at UC Davis. Whether it is one night or multiple nights, the service, the comfort, the beds, the breakfast, etc. are always the best!

My room was comfortable. The only downside i would say is that when my 13 old child opened the pullout couch he found 2 empty marijuana tubes. I took them down to the main desk and turned them in. Also the elevators were a bit slow. The breakfast and bed were of good quality and quantity.

Staff Friendly. Clean location. Location convenient, but not beautiful next to gas station, etc. Managed well. Breakfast ok, but complementary so didn't expect much. Good overall. Good value, especially for a family.

Our stay was amazing! The rooms were very clean and Lucinono’s cookies were Awesome! Although we were next to some playful children, they quieted down and we were able to get plenty of sleep. Also, the breakfast was fantastic!

This hotel is not fancy but it is clean, quiet, well maintained, modern and convenient. It has comfortable beds and a pretty decent breakfast. I've now stayed there 3 times as I have family in the area. This is where I stay.

This is the second time we have stayed here. we love the rooms, the size of the bathroom is comfortable and the its nice to have the pool close as well. Also the breakfast selection is perfect for families with picky eaters.

Although our reservation said 3 people the sofa bed was not made for our child. We were given sheets and had to make it ourselves. We then had to ask for an extra pillow and towel. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING coming from the adjoining rooms. The couple next door were arguing at 1am until we knocked on the wall and asked them to keep it down. No air extractor in the bathroom either. Never staying here or at any other Country Inn and Suites again. Still waiting for them to email our invoice. Will most likely have to call to request it. I don’t think I’ve ever posted a bad review of this caliber for any hotel/motel.

Stayed for a quick overnight for a family trip. Room was clean, staff was friendly and the free breakfast had a good selection.

We have stayed there 5 times to visit family. The rooms are nice, clean and the service is excellent. I couldn't figure out what happened to the cable TV and the nice desk manager switched out the cable box and remote right away. The staff is very friendly.

I have stayed at this property many times. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be and I'm very disappointed in the manager Sam. I had booked 3 nights and when I was checking in I told them I needed to change to 2 nights due to a co-worker not able to cover me due to a death in her family. The desk worker said no problem and said just call Expedia. I called Expedia and they called to verify and Sam the Manager refused the refund of the last day. He gave lame excuses that it was because I used Expedia. I spoke to expedia and they assured me that if Sam approved it I would get my refund. Sam refused. That is terrible customer service. I stay in Dixon/Davis area many times a year. They have lost me as a customer and I will do my best to alert others of better properties with better customer service for the same price.
